the dance valley
to be fair eastern BTF comps aren't as hard as west coast ones are. this wouldn't have placed at a competition like Nuvo Phoenix for example. but the ALDC actually was a pretty good studio at this time and Kendall has always had potential.

My favorite Kendall solo tbh. This is what showed that she had potential and could have been good she just wasn’t as consistent.

too bad this performance wasn't the time she competed it on the show when she bumbled the first set of turns going head to head with Chloe, cuz if it was? --she would have caught Chloe --and everybody else too--off-guard and left her in the dust.! It isn't very often when Kendall resonates with me as a performer She picks up the choreo quickly and with more training she does have a great facility But her main issue is that while kendall can DO all the same skills as Maddie or Chloe, she misses the dynamic nuances in the music... She often looks as if shes "marking it". So to see her sharp, precise as well as confident this is one of DM hidden gems for sure. Kudos miss kendall!!

If she performed like this she would have definitely done well enough to beat Chloe bc Chloe’s roar dance wasn’t as well-choreographed as this was one was.
