See My routine is like this Wake up like by around 4:30{ I dont wake up now at 4:30} do exercise Study by 5:00 to 6:15 then go to school. Come back by 2:06 and take rest, sleep or use phone go for run at 6:00 and come home by 7:30 and eat dinner and then do pending work.I want to be Great and make a difference, be exeptional. Should I Kaizen Arc? Pls help
heyy I have a genuine doubt i usually can concentrate more at night so I study all night and sleep the entire morning but I make sure I get 8 hours of sleep also I got my finals in 2 weeks but is this ok?
