Nice footage brothers! I was further south and couldn’t get them to bite on sacs, jigs (every color), or beads. Threw the vibrax out and landed 3 in 20 minutes, then another 2 on the big creek. We need a good rain desperately.
New to steelhead fishing in WNY, I know they can be caught in streams/creeks from October to like March, do they stay in the creeks the whole time? Or are new ones constantly entering the creeks/streams throughout the fall/winter?
Make sure to check out the shop! www.outsidersoutdoorco.com
Fantastic. Even just being there 😊without a fish. Its so relaxing
True, any day on the water is a good one!🎣😎
Low and clear conditions are the worst but you made the best of it. Nice job.
It was a grind out there💪, thanks!
a few nice ones man✌not my favorite conditions but caught plenty over the years in gin clear conditions - theyre not the smartest fish
Thanks! Definitely harder to catch them in clear water, but it's possible 😎🎣

Thanks! Sometimes you need something they never seen before and I don't think many people throw spinners. Rain would help a lot, tight lines!🎣😎
where’s my outsiders beanie?

From what I know they usually stay in the creeks until they spawn and they leave once their done, spawning usually occurs in the spring👍
