Pro tip: That anchor is supposed to get "stuck". The boat pulling that wedge into the ground is what keeps the boat in place (not the weight of the anchor). To get it out, take the boat the opposite side from how the boat pulled the anchor to get it set and pull from there. Good luck in November!

It's a Felt B-series. Probably a mix of Ultegra and 105. I can't see for sure but it looks like a mid-compact 52/36, which Felt really likes putting on a lot of their bikes. Brakes are stock. He's using Vittoria Zaffiro tires. They're good for training, but almost everyone should be using GP5000s in their races; especially over a full or half, tangible faster results.
Next time your on lake belton and want to cliff jumping go strait across from Frank's marina go to the closest cove to the dam. It's at the back of the cove. With the lake at normal levels it's a little over 20ft.

Read up on some of the stuff Hunter McIntyre was doing to maintain strength through his ultra running training. He was able to maintain but I believe most of his weight lifting was very strength focused instead of the bodybuilding volume.
What I'm honestly impressed by is the honesty you have Nick, you're not afraid to say when you have been hurt or pass out when you get back from a workout. A lot of youtubers that do fitness show the fitness, not the after affect of what they did however crazy. You're honest no matter what and you still get after it regardless the issue, keep it up mate!
You need that reinforced paper gum tape. You can customize it to have your logo or whatever, and it has fiberglass filament for strength, like Amazon uses.
This might be a silly question but I have been wondering for a long time.... when you drink the strong greens and in focus together in the morning, do you still have your coffee as well????
Yo, how do maintain so much muscle mass while doing this type of training. When I trained for an iron man a few years ago, all the running just totally flattened me out. Want to do an iron man but also want to maintain a bit of size and not look like a marathon runner - any tips appreciated

i lost about 15 (ultra marathon) and cant lift as much but i think thats due more to not weight training as much, not necessarily "running it off".

I was thinking the same. Anchors that are not "stuck" do not work. Crank up the engine and drive over the anchor. It will come up easily.
