  • You asked for it.. so here it is, a full detailed walk around of everything we've done to turbocharge our E36 M52 328i. We go into the nitty gritty of what we've changed, why and how we've tuned it and made it work on the stock Siemens MS41 ECU.
    E36 Tuning Guide: www.e36tuning....
    K64 Performance: k64performance...
Sorek's "Logger.S" as shown in the video: www.ms4x.net/i...
The second part on the video goes into tuning on the dyno, with some final power runs at the end of the video!
The vehicle in question is a 20+ year old BMW E36 328i powered by the trusty old M52 2.8l engine.. it's oily, dirty and has over 130k on the clock, but we installed a K64 performance RHD manifold, and downpipe with a whopping GT35 Chinese turbocharger.
    The full spec is:
    BMW E36 328i
K64 Performance RHD manifold, and downpipe
    Chinese GT35 Turbocharger
    In house exhaust system
    Stainless boost pipes
    Large front mount intercooler
    Siemens DEKA 630cc injectors
    Colder spark plugs
Modified MAF sensor wiring with 1.2k resistor inline
    Innovate Wideband Lambda controller
Factory Siemens MS41 live mapped in house
    Eibach springs
    Bilstein Dampers
JC Racing 4 plate 'heavy duty' LSD with steel end plate
This setup is seeing a solid 300hp, 400nm with plenty left in reserve once we drop the compression, fit a better clutch and turn the boost up some more!

@@e36jp Thanks.. I have a supercharged (ESS) e46 330 engine, (well i have the entire car), that I was going to attempt to put into the e36 325 (my track car), Would this be easier, or any real issues (bar needing a loom adapter + throttle) for the e46 engine than going the route above?.. As 320-340 bhp in a stripped e36 should be quite quick around the track.. Thanks.

    • @e36jp
      @e36jp  3 года назад

@@joper90 You've kinda got two choices... fit the whole lot into the E36, including MS43 ECU, electronic throttle etc (there are some benefits to this with low RPM throttle limiting etc), or fit the charger kit to the M50/M52 engine, and use the MS41 ECU which is meant for the E36.... Would love to see more on the car!
