Slow & Easy(Jazz Extended Version) Made In Honor Of Roger Troutman R.I.P. Roger To Get This Song Please Go To : www.video2mp3.net/ and follow the instructions
+MAXattack Also this whole group Zapp should be inducted in to the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame. For there hits & what they gave to music, there show man ships. Roger wasn't afraid to gel off the stage to meet his fans. Saw this at 4 of there concerts in MN. His wiilingness to work with up & coming artist. How many artists sampled his music. And finally Roger is the only 1 who mastered the voice box & use it to his fullest. But these are my reasons for Hall of Fame ZAPP
Brett Clouse only artist 2 blow up in 2 decades like it was nothing. But im still saying warner bros had something do with his death. That last album cover he did was a dead give away if u know what red means .
It`s amazing how you can hear so many groups in this one song. You can hear were Teddy Riley/Blackstreet/Guy, Jodeci, H-Town, Silk, and so many groups got their sound from. But it`s literally like you can hear uniquely each style that each group got from Roger.
Hearing Roger shine on these old tracks never fails to bring tears to my eyes. I’d say it hurts so good, but it really does just plain hurt. I wish he were alive to see how much he impacted the world.
That's not Dale Degroat... It's David Coverdale on lead Vox, Roger on the VoiceBox & Shirley Killin' that hook & Adlibs. I remember when Roger was creating this song at his studio Troutman Enterprise's , I was very close to Roger for many many years (1982-1999). He was my Dad/ Father figure & my sons Grandfather. He lived bi costal at that time. On the border of Oakland & San Leandro, I lived 4 blocks away & our son's (Xavier & Ryan) would play together along with Ryan's half siblings, Gordon, Brandon & Chris. Roger called me up out of the blue and asked me what I thought of the new Track he was working on... At that time it was just a stripped down track with sparse Vox from Shirley & only a handful of Adlibs from Roger. I told him "THAT shit is Funkay as Fuck". He wasn't really sure because It was only his second stab at a main stream Syrupy Love Jam since Computer Love. I commented on the snare/handicaps accentuating the Funk he had on Computer Love & I sang the Whoop, Whoop,Whoop, Whooooop Uhh!!! The sound he created as he barked out a geniuses laugh & then immediately added it to Slow & Easy. Weeks later he released it as his latest single accompanied by The Computer Love 94" Remix which was Warner Bros & Reprise Records Living Legend Tribute & The Greatest Hits Collection paying Homage to Roger's successful Career not only as the leader of Zapp, but for his Solo success & Unique longevity as the leader & the Evangelist of funk for Roger & Zapp. I love you Rog, I'll always cherish everything you taught me and showed me on our journey, I still play the Talkbox the way you taught me. Forever in my life.... "Zappster"
Thank you dear Roger for some of the most amazing, loving memories of my youth!! Love and miss you Roger.....God bless you, rest with the angels sweet one xoxo
PhonicGroove I've been listening to Zapp & Roger since childhood also, I'm 38 now. This song is my favorite song of ALL TIME, and i also want this version.
The guitar-soli was such great, I can't stop listen to it. Sorry for that familydrama, that's what it was. R.I.P. Roger and his brother. We don't know what was really happend.

Fred Sotelo This version is rarely heard...I remember listening to this in high school...it was old THEN!! This song use to pop off a WHOLE LOT OF THANGS
That's what happens when people make these video's taking credit for something you didn't do as you can see putting your name on a video means nothing and that's what pisses these record company off a they will get taken down when will you people learn????/
Man I'm just now realizing our classic Squalle came from this song!! ruclips.net/video/EQtUwmaZh2g/видео.html crazy.... My boy Fresh Kid Blaze is a monster on the production! Let me know what yall think just posted it the record is from 2006 too! Peace.
Marley Brooker I just got thur listening to that track: Relentless Intent - Squalle prod. by Fresh Kid Blaze. Dope song and even Doper use of this sample. I thought I was the only person to ever sample this song.I did a remake of this song using fl studio12, i haven't put it out yet.The other version of this is my favorite song of all time.

i agree!!!! He would have shook the world EVEN more if he was still here. He's a legend.

Mr. Roger Troutmam, truly is missed. Love his music RIP.
One of the last of the baddest slow jams released before music as a whole started to change.
Hearing Roger shine on these old tracks never fails to bring tears to my eyes. I’d say it hurts so good, but it really does just plain hurt. I wish he were alive to see how much he impacted the world.

Anybody know where I can buy this version?
I wonder what they used to make their beats
Considering the timeline, its mostly live instruments with a synthesizer. Maybe an akai keyboard.
Drums most definitely not live!
