Hiyeee 👋🏽👋🏽. It was a fun day trip. Thrifting in NYC is always hit or miss but it was nice to walk out with a fab outerwear piece! We are hoping to go to New York fashion week 2023 now that would be an amazing experience. And of course we would vlog. Have a great weekend!

Ladies! did a 1 day thrifting extravaganza last week. Bought; pair of Jeffery Campbell combat boots, a zara dress, pair of madden boots in cognac suede *with tags on*, a Free People blouse and a vintage skirt!!! oooh and a pair of suede saddle shoes. All for under 75 dollairs!!! Next month I think I will thrift while on vacay. As always...LOVING those berets
Yessss you did good! And all for under $75 wow! Next time take us with you lol. You know we can’t leave the house without our berets haha. We try to thrift when on vacay too. It’s interesting to see what other areas have to offer. Take care and see you in the next one!

Kay "we can actually go in here and come out with nothing". LOL! All of us that been watching for a long time know that it will be welcome if you actually do buy something on this trip. 👀 Tee stay on her! Remember that Buffalo Exchange is a secondhand store that purchase their inventory. Okay as expected Kay got nothing and loud talked about the prices thru most of the video. Tee I really like the cord puffer jacket, glad you got it. It looks like it going to be really warm, and that cream color is a good addition to winter white, beiges, tans, cream styling. And yes, Zara is pretty high prices because it from out of Spain and they carry other brands. That grey long (it looked really long) wool coat with bottom portion having black fur trim panels also on sleeves for accent at 3:57 I would have gladly spent $75 for if I had the funds. You can tell by the lining that it could be vintage, and a high-quality coat brand would not have tag at the neck never, but on a large tag further down toward the front of the coat (like men's blazers), you guy did not even open the coat up. I would have tried that coat on and if it was big enough to give my girls space when button up and the length hit me at my ankle, I would have purchased it even if I had to go and buy some can goods to eat for rest of my stay in NY and been over the hill happy with that one purchase making that trip worthwhile. I keep rewinding to that coat because it an exceptional rare find and when you wore it will totally be a style statement. You guys were shutting down the sizes without even trying them on while at the racks to see the actual fits (like you girls do on regular videos). Jeez! Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
We knew prices would be higher and we went in with an open mind and was ready to spend some coin! But prices were ridiculously high and honestly we weren’t impressed with the selection lol. We looked a lot off camera too and most of that stuff we could thrift locally or buy new for cheaper. We were hoping to find unique pieces or perhaps something we don’t have. We forgot do to an outro to give our final thoughts. The fresh air hit us and we was hangry lol. Also it was crowded and they put the racks so close together you could barely move around. The store was overwhelming with clothes and people everywhere. We need our space lol! Now the gray coat you mentioned was vintage goodness indeed. However we both have gray long wool coats so we passed it up. Also it was so hot and cramped in there it was hard to try stuff on comfortably plus no carts to put stuff in. It was kind of a hot mess. We usually do better but it was hard given the circumstances lol. We give Zara a hard time but some of their fall/winter stuff (not made in China) is nice. The Zara coat I found was worth every bit of $28 and I have nothing like it. Love the color too. Funny enough I should have gotten those matching boots for $38. I regret not getting them! We hope this explains why this thrifting trip was not up to our usual standards. “Buy some canned goods” lol your comments are the best. Keep ‘em comin and have a great weekend!

Hey ladies, how exciting to see you thrift in New York. I just wonder a little bit about the prices too, hmmmmm. Well, we all know thrifting is fashionable, sooooooo, prices go up.
You are right everything is going up even thrift store prices. Buffalo Exchange really went up! They are more of a consignment shop which are known to have higher pricing. We knew we this going in but still too expensive. In all honesty a lot of stuff in that store we could thrift locally for cheaper. We were hoping to find more but we had fun looking anyway!
I know you two are bargain hunter’s deluxe, but I really didn’t think $38 was bad for those boots. They were a perfect match for the coat!
