I actually live near Chinar Park so got the opportunity to taste it within the first week of launch. It was actually necessary with Arsalan and Aminia charging so heavy with such bad standard of biriyani. Shimla Biriyani is quite pocket friendly and tasteful when compared to both who had been ruling that area for a long time
Actually Arsalan park circus 7 point.. the old one is still the best. Other branches of Arsalan and all Aminia have degraded their quality

Biriyani khete jodi apni ichche prokash koren, or in general you regard yourself as a "Biriyani lover" or you just love to eat and Biriyani is something that you like, do give a Shimla Biriyani a try. Biriyani je actually koto ta bhalo khete hote pare seta feel korben nije. Special gulo toh paren e khete kintu ami personally recommend korbo oder normal Biriyani(chicken/mutton) kheye dekhben tahole quality r difference ta bujhte parben. And yes, both their Chicken and Mutton Biriyani are of equal standards and have a taste of their own. Sekhane jodi apni meat niye biased tahole kintu apnar loss. Ekhon toh sob jaygay basically brand name e Biriyani chole. Eder franchise er je original outlet jeta Topsia r bhetore, amar office er pashei ebong majhe majhei ichcha kore tiffin bari theke na ene tader dokane dhu mari, and everytime after I have their biriyani ami involuntarily bole feli, "Ajker Biriyani ta khub bhalo hoeche".
