Regardless of if Erika is guilty or not, she spent the victim's money. "The best thing she can do for the victims" is like Heather Gay said - downsize, sell everything she can, and rebrand.
The point andy is making is that the fans have gone so hard on erika and treated her like shes been charged.

She borrowed up to 3 million a year from Girardi Keese to pay for her career, plus sue filed losses from her company for the same each year over 14 years. She borrowed 25 million, and filed losses of 24 million. That’s quite a lot of money combined isn’t it. Certainly 5 years of housewife money couldn’t support her.
Trust me, Erika will be charged with crime when they find out the proof that she knew what Tom was doing

@Miss Wellness some of the victims are secured creditors and some have already got some of their money, including the burn victim. Not all will receive what they deserve but it’s not accurate to say none will get anything.

I believe there are a couple of reasons for that. For one, Coach Shah isn't on TV and social media flaunting his expensive lifestyle and being intentionally tone deaf. Erika is borderline taunting the audience, including the victims, with her lack of empathy. The other is the Hulu documentary put a face and name (not to mention the horrific events that made them victims, ie plan crashes, burn, etc etc) to the victims, which makes the audience that much more sympathetic to the Girardi victims. I hear a similar documentary is in the works for the Jen Shah situation. It is very sad what happened to the fraud victims in both cases 😔
Jenn is innocent.... Erika is not. Jenn tricked people into giving her money supposedly. Erika and Tom stole and refuse to pay back. From people who trusted Tom as a legal representative. Erika could pay Tom's creditors as a loyal wife, but she ran for herself

I think Erika is very much like Theresa in the sense that the husbands felt pressure to please them, and did everything they could including defrauding others unbeknownst to their wives. Theresa not only signed several documents but also helped Joe hide assets during bankruptcy. That’s what got them both, plus other things Joe did like signing his partners signature. Shady!!! I don’t think Erika did that but we’ll see. Erika, I’m rooting for you! I also hope there’s a settlement for the victims who are suffering. Liquidate everything please and give it to them.

Lisa is my fav nxt to Heather n Jen, I love Jen n I hope this is not true, but coach is a darling beautiful intelligent black man that we need more of in every color! He is the epitome of a good husband father n his career is remarkable. Their rich even on coach's salary n Jens from the show. My best friend was Jen for two decades from 13 til her life was taken in 2019 by a sick man n I lost her to gun violence. My name is Heather so I related to Jen n Heather. Lisa tho I love n I think she tells the truth no matter wat has been said about her n being calculated, it lands like she did things wrong, but I really don't think so in my opinion so I feel for her at times.
