It just piqued my interest as to where you're from. Your accent sounds slightly Irish, but an Irishman would know how to pronounce both Raleigh and Durham, since both of those are English names.

Quite the changes since. Avelo now opening a base at RDU (moving to terminal 1), Breeze mentioning the possibility of opening a base, and it was recently revealed that the airport was expediting some of its Vision 2040 projects. They now believe they could host 38M people by the year 2050 and are exploring the possibilities of a third terminal. It was also revealed they were in discussions with an airline (likely Delta) regarding a public-private partnership for that 12-gate terminal 1 expansion, which likely would mean Delta was planning to open a hub.
Before I get more comments, I’m sorry that I mispronounced Raleigh and Durham. Please forgive me!

I never herd about any projects at DTW.
@@jonesrmj currently there's no major expansions but in the last 2 decades they replaceed and expanded to over 100 gates
