    This is the best quality of meats in my opinion!
    We got so many questions after we announced why we are quitting sugar for 90 days in our previous video ( bit.ly/90daysno... ) so we thought we would make a video addressing the most common questions. We talk about coming up with a strong "WHY" you are quitting sugar, what to eat when doing a sugar fast, what not to eat on a sugar fast, sugar detox withdrawals symptoms, sugar addiction, what do you do if you have cave into your sugar cravings, etc.
    Here are the rules to the 90-day no sugar challenge:
    1. NO SUGAR
    2. NO SUGAR SUBSTITUTES (Not even keto sweetners)
    3. NOTHING THAT TASTES SWEET (Yes, no sweet fruits or sweet sauces, etc.)

    Its unbelievable how addictive sugar is! Just the thought of it is enough to give most people anxiety which is why conquering this addiction is going to make you so much stronger and not to mention healthier too! You can do it!

      Sugar addiction is as real as it gets. I use to not believe it when I first heard of it many years ago but now it's more apparent than ever. Those that do take challenge on will be stronger in every way.

    Giving up sugar is extremely hard for most people. It’s especially difficult when there are hidden sugars in the products you’d expect the least! Good luck to everyone trying to quit sugar! You can do it!!

      Definitely a big challenge to most people as it does give them anxiety thinking about it I found out. It is an eye opening experience as we go through this 90 days finding sugar in just about 80% of our food supply. Thank you so much for your love and support!

    I went cold turkey, 7 day water only fast and now 32 days Keto with 20/4 IF. Lost 20 lbs so far. Keto / IF is slow weight loss but will give it 6 months.

      That's a big accomplishment! Congrats on completing the water fast and the progress so far! Are you exercising too? I personally have put on muscle and my scale has not moved but I am ok with that as I prefer muscle over weight loss.

    Thank you, thank you for declaring this challenge. I dont think I could have followed this journey a year ago but after going Keto, I'm ready for the next step. As I mentioned, I'm a sugar addict, even on keto, I found my way to sugar substitutes. My why, reduce insulin, reverse diabetes! Lost 44lbs but still insulin resistant. Need to break the next plateau. I am hungry. I've increased my main meal and fat. To me. Greens call for dressing - uh oh, dressings have sugar. Good grief, this is hard. I committed 30 days. 3 meals, no sugar. I started yesterday at dinner. Good luck to all. Ryan, Tippy thank you. Keeping your sister in mind.

      Hi Sue! That is a great "WHY" and a very strong one as you know diabetes is an epidemic in our country today. You can certainly make your own dressing if you would like with an olive oil or vinegar base. It is very hard but it is also eye opening as well to go on this journey. We cannot possibly know every ingredients when we eat and such but we all will do our very best to avoid it to the maximum extent. I am rooting for you to rid yourself of your sugar addiction!     Cravings are real but persistence is the key......I shared the previous video with some of my friends and they tried the challenge am so proud of you Tippy for changing so many lives.....lots of love always...still praying for your sister ...and you should really visit Tanzania👉 😘...

    I didn't realize how much sugar was in things even in Frozen bags of vegetables. I will be more conscious about it more now since I'm doing this no sugar for 90 days no wonder people is addicted to sugar. Thank u for doing this . So everyone can be aware of it even more.

      Hi Debra! Yes, it all depends on what you pick up. This is an eye opening experience and we cannot be perfect for the rest of our lives but we can definitely avoid sugar to the maximum extent.       Jeanetta Chowns You’re welcome! Way to get back up and do it again! Use to your “why” to pull your through when you are tempted. Make sure your “why” is strong enough to do that for you. Believe in that “why” like it’s the last thing you’ll believe in.

    Day 2 going well, challenging but I’m sticking to my why!!!! Quick question are fresh lemons and limes ok? And what brand of sparkling water do you recommend? Would La Croix be ok, it says the ingredients are carbonated water and natural essence? Thank you for the video! You got this everyone! You can do it! ❤️

      You are doing amazing Laura! Lemons and limes are ok - they are not sweet. I like the 365 Ginger sparkling water at Whole Foods and I do like La Croix. They aren't sweet so that is ok. That's the golden rule here for us as it can get very very very nitty gritty if we go down that rabbit hole. Appreciate your love you're showing to all those participating!     Just started reading the Keto Reset Diet by Mark Sisson. Between that and the great info in your videos, I feel I am off to a great start.
    Getting rid of "real" sugars is not the issue for me, it's also getting rid of all the artificial and alternatives that is the struggle for me.

    Eat 7 to 10 cups of vegetables per day. Eat pasture raised organic eggs. Eat organic non gmo-non nitrates-no antibiotics bacon. Get your sea salt in to avoid tiredness. Take nutritional yeast for b vitamins. 7-10 cups of cruciferous vegetables absolutely will kill your sugar cravings.

      Hi Dee! Thank you! Is the medicine powder and you need juice to offset the flavor of it? I recommend sparkling water of some sort if you need the flavor to help.

    Everyone recommends the "perimeter around the grocery store" as an okay thing--but lots of things typicallyon the outside perimeter is full of sugar--bakery (bread (a lot more breads have added sugar, just check label), cake, pie), deli meat may have some, esp if they're like brown sugar ham, or even bbq meat, even more savory meats may have sugar (from the deli), they mentioned dairy, but yogurt has a lot of added sugar in it.
    Biggest thing is CHECK THE LABEL. That is the only way to know. Don't go by "oh this tomato sauce, this is a can of beans, it's fine" I found added sugar in a can of red kidney beans and I was ??? Why is there added sugar in BEANS???

    I’m so use to using protein shake, especially after a workout 😩 of course there are other foods high in protein but what might I replace my protein shakes with? Something fast and quick 🤷🏽‍♀️👍🏽😊

      Yvonne Jensen I wouldn’t really recommend anything as of now because I haven’t had the keto protein powders. Some companies have reached out to me to try their powders so I do pass on it as I like to stick to eating Whole Foods as much as possible. You can try Perfect Keto? My friend bought it and liked it. Hope this helps!

      dcastil100 Hi! That’s a loaded question as it’s impossible to answer because there’s so many variables that are part of weight loss and I don’t know your routine, what you’re eating, stress levels, sleep schedule, activity level, etc. it can be numerous reasons. I need more info to help.
