Wow - i just discovered yoga nidra by listening to Dr. Andrew Huberman on a Lewis Howes interview... I was feeling super tired and run down, I did this 10 min script, fell asleep the last 5 mins and woke up from the ending language and 15 mins later, I feel GREAT!! Made a believer out of me

WOW - I was WIPED OUT yesterday mid-day. I thought about either caffeine or canceling my next appointment... Instead, I did this with my legs elevated - I CAN NOT BELIEVE how effectively it reset my nervous system... THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm recommending this to everyone in my coaching practice!

This short 10 minute reset is truly a lifesaver! As a Private Security Contractor I often work shifts in excess of 12 hours & that's bot including a 1-3 commute. I also may be working days one week & have to work nights the following day or week which is brutal on my circadian rhythm. My job also requires hyper vigilance which can be very taxing as I sit in my vehicle for hours & hours on end so being able to take even just a short break using "soft eyes" instead of closing my eyes can give just a long enough break to my CNS & really is a reset leaving me more relaxed, alert & a feeling of being rested. So much better than more caffeine or even nicotine. Thanks Ally!

I have the same. But everyone has anxiety my friend. Its signals your body to be alert. Anxiety is only a problem when it wont turn off or we become anxious without threat. I am a psychotherapist but am also on a self healing journey. I hope you are doing well and are getting the help you need :D I want to congratulate you on trying to calm yourself down with healthy resources such as Yoga Nidra, this was my first time trying this technique.

This is one of the most helpful videos I’ve ever found. Whenever I’m stressed, tired, or overworked, I throw this on and it really does feel like a reset. Usually fall asleep by the end so I set a time for 15 minutes and it’s absolutely perfect. Thank you for this

Especially as I’ve just realized that I’m drinking too much coffee in the morning and it’s making me jittery and my nervous system is charged up. Always amazing the impact Yoga Nidra and your guidance can have even in 10 min. Namaste 🙏

Module 1 Meditation 2 - Fell asleep half way through on the first round, second time around intensified what first round enacted, a very deep vibration of the body, like when coming out of deep sleep, clearly a vibrating of energies / "materials" in the nervous system and only energy levels of the bodies.

Deep gratitude, Ally 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Same here! I loved it, but it moved too fast with the body scan. Had it been like 12 minutes, it might have been perfect.

@@BaritoneMonkey Agree! You can go on settings and adjust the playback speed at 0.75, it works perfectly for me

I have been tensed for many years due to personal issues. My body seems to be stuck in flight or fight mode. I feel my pulse racing at times...not as bad as it use to be. Im currently in counseling to help me deal with stressors. Ive also read books and watch awesome videos...which helps as well. I am new to Yoga Nidra and can tell it will be my go to. I will definitely do this daily. I wasnt lying down, sitting in a chair and it did help slow my pulse rate. Hopefully, this will get me unstuck in flight or flight mode. I am at the wonderful age of 60+. Time for the body to release all this built up tension and stay naturally relaxed 🙏

Hello, I’m not usually the type of person who likes to comment, but I felt something today that I’ve never felt before. I used to hate yoga because it was always in classes with people around, which made me uncomfortable. But today, for the first time, I was able to stay still for 10 minutes without feeling anxious. Long story short, thank you ❤

Namaste 🙏 it’s such a different experience moving through the body so quickly for me, but I still found a nice sense of peace in the end. I really appreciate the bilateral awareness.

I enjoyed this short nidra. Great for when tight on time. Definitely feel like I enjoy the slightly longer ones a bit more but will keep this one in mind for the days that I just don’t feel there is time to do a longer one.

Yes, me too... sometimes there is only room for ten minutes and ten minutes is a million times better than no minutes I find :)

Namaste! Practicing at 5 P.M. on September 15, 2023. This was short and relaxing. I already anticipated the brain hemispheres from when I had done this one last year. It's calming effect is immediate.

When the attention was brought back to the full body, I had overwhelming full-body sensation and then an out of body experience. I felt like I could’ve stayed in that state even with an auto-play video, followed by my timer going off. I had full presence of mind, normal drifting of thoughts, but no physical sensations. Thanks for the video!

Loved this. So relaxing my body was tingling. I was in a trance...deeply resting but just barely conscious....hearing your soothing voice but having trouble keeping with the whole scan.

3:30 pm on December 7. I noticed a gentle tickling sensation in my face, lips, hands and arms during the rotation of consciousness. I feel a bit warmer after practicing. I want more time in my Nidra Nest though!
