Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This guided yoga nidra starts with a breathing technique taught by Dr. Andrew Huberman from Huberman Labs. His research from Stanford shows that this particular breathing technique calms the nervous system and is the quickest way to activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response.
In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 10 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation for stress relief. This guided meditation includes a relaxation technique that I learned from Andrew Huberman which is the double inhale long exhale breath. It’s a 10min yoga nidra script lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga that is perfect for stress management. Lay down, relax, rest and meditate all at the same time!
This 10 minute yoga nidra with natural ocean sounds aids in deep relaxation through the effortless guided meditation of nidra (sleep). When listening to the ocean waves, let yourself relax and be guided into a deep state of effortless meditation. This short and effective 10min yoga nidra is lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. This meditation is designed to untangle and reduce stress and anxiety and calm the nerves over time.
This 10 minute yoga nidra for relaxation aids to calm stress and anxiety. It’s a short, effective yogic sleep practice with natural forest sounds to create even deeper relaxation and states of innate healing.
This is a yoga nidra style body scan to sooth the nerves. This yog nidra includes a natural waves to further enhance the state of deep relaxation in the central nervous system. Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that helps with insomnia, anxiety, stress, adrenal fatigue, ptsd and so much more.

Wow - i just discovered yoga nidra by listening to Dr. Andrew Huberman on a Lewis Howes interview... I was feeling super tired and run down, I did this 10 min script, fell asleep the last 5 mins and woke up from the ending language and 15 mins later, I feel GREAT!! Made a believer out of me

This short 10 minute reset is truly a lifesaver! As a Private Security Contractor I often work shifts in excess of 12 hours & that's bot including a 1-3 commute. I also may be working days one week & have to work nights the following day or week which is brutal on my circadian rhythm. My job also requires hyper vigilance which can be very taxing as I sit in my vehicle for hours & hours on end so being able to take even just a short break using "soft eyes" instead of closing my eyes can give just a long enough break to my CNS & really is a reset leaving me more relaxed, alert & a feeling of being rested. So much better than more caffeine or even nicotine. Thanks Ally!

This is one of the most helpful videos I’ve ever found. Whenever I’m stressed, tired, or overworked, I throw this on and it really does feel like a reset. Usually fall asleep by the end so I set a time for 15 minutes and it’s absolutely perfect. Thank you for this

Although, my mind kept wandering during the session, it didn’t stray entirely; which an improvement itself for me. Yeah, you really do a wonderful job with your yoga nidras, I've been enjoying them for awhile now. Unfortunately I'd already signed up for a yoga nidra teacher training course when I saw you offered trainings, but hopefully I can go to one of your offerings or live sessions in the future. Thank you so much!

This is how they try and make you pay for their sh!t by offering RUclips premium. I’d rather have the massive loud scare at the end than pay them for their services 🤣🖤🙏🏻 it’s a convenience, not a necessity. Eventually it’ll just be ads and no videos unless you pay.
Anyway, thanks Ally - I listen daily xxx

One of my all-time favourites of yours Ally, not sure if I commented on this last year when I first heard it but I've practised it dozens of times over the last year, to me it's just the perfect Yoga Nidra for a quick and efficient reset, from the opening Philosophical Sigh to the end, it effortlessly takes the listener through the koshas with soft yet economical language, I always find it deeply replenishing, which is incredible given its short length! Very inspiring, thank you so much

You've done something incredible... Something I couldn't do on my own. I know that's what you intended to do, but I'm just so blown away by the fact that you succeed. Your meditation is wonderful! I don't even say this for you.... You already know. You understand.
I say this for others... And for the algorithm. Let them know I have positive things to say. Let them build you and your channel up.
    You deserve it.

Thank you Ally! I think I'm oriented to the class material now and am doing this in the morning. Usually I do yoga nidra in mid afternoon, before I begin working with music students. It's wonderful to be encouraged to experiment, the science of experiential learning is what excites me about the yogic lifestyle ❤️
