what change did you make to your funnel when first running ads? You mentioned you made the mistake of calling up each lead on your own, then switched to them booking a call with you. Did you just have a survey at first, then switched to adding a calendar? I have an initial landing page with a VSL and survey under it. Once submitted, they're taken to a second page to book a call. Do you recommend this?
