I build him full Crits but after reading Perfect Cell passive, I think the chance of Crits getting higher

What I have noticed about these 2 EZAs is that they will just decide to do additional super attacks that hit harder than the entire rest of the game

6:39 On this turn he had 1,35mil defense with 33% damage reduction, while doing a 65mil attack stat lol he is insane
If someone is wondering how his defense is so high, remember that he gets 120% when attacking (a separate buff) , then gets 50% on super twice making him essentially double that defense
It's 27, not 65.

This Cell is going to be deceptively insane for those who don't understand what his defense is actually at. He's commonly going to be at 900k~1.3m+ defense with 18~30%+ damage reduction post attack. He gets a LOT of defense on super. Also, remember, at 24 ki, he has 50% built in crit chance. To factor that in, you should be multiplying that attack stat you see by 1.5x. So, when he is doing 65m raw, it's effectively 97.5m. Throw in the active skill on top of that and his output is in the realm of LR Final Form Cooler. This is a stupendously powerful unit post EZA.
Cooler does more damage on his nuclear active bomb turn, but aside from that, Cell at his 24 ki with 8 orbs does more damage than cooler by a landside

As niche as this might sound, I had a dream of their ezas and them having a jump on their start of turn attack defense (I think it was around 150-170), and their second passive (when they attack) was buffed to “20-30% atk and def per attacks performed (up to 120-150)” in their passive. And they greatly raise def on their 18 ki while also having guarantee crit on active (idk if it was part of the active skill buff, or if it’s the “active skill/24 ki” thing).
We all laughed at what Piccolo, heck even Gamma 2 did to Cell Max. This guy.. my God, we went from absolute fear, gathering around a bugged unit (Thank you Hercule) to absolute Behemoths *with* extra event buffs literally capable of Solo'ing the fight lol
Damage wise sure, but slot one he can still get fucked up by the super

Edit: of course only if you get a few orbs, but DMG reduction + type advantage + him being extreme class should make him fairly capable, even in slot 1
Thanks to Piccolo and Gohan I finally beat Cell Max and with such ease.. my God these two are overpowered. The only bad thing about the Gohan is you can only use Beast Gohan for one attack otherwise he's a monster. So glad they finally did Piccolo justice. Hopefully they give Tien his moment/card but that's just me
I forgot how cool Perfect Cell's Active Skill Attack was, and I think he should be stronger now since we do have AGL 1st form Cell with them now

@@Ocacadordecasadas It also sucks that none of the Cells are slot one units. If any of them get supered before they attack they die and even after super only Int Cell survives easily. Phy Cell would need type advantage and Agl Cell needs either good RNG with additionals or his little dodge chance

I just realized something that should be tested. Eza Perfect cell with max ki using items/support and monster carrot support item. Potentially high attack and definitely high defense with 69% damage reduction. Nice

@@akasukiakatsuki9302 Gogeta is arguably similar to or better than them if their transformation conditions stay the same and if cell doesn’t get a slot 1 linking partner. SPC is unkillable post super, but he has no one to run in slot 1. Gohan can’t transform almost ever, and his defense with guard isn’t gonna be like V and T where they got 600k turn 4. Gohan can still get clapped by cell max and the core with his guard. If they buff their transformation conditions and give cell as good slot 1 partner, then they are chokeslamming Gogeta. But for now, it’s not as if they’re leagues apart.

Unlike gohan he dosen't have partners or teams thus it makes him feel weaker than gohan

I mean, gohan partners are kinda useless unless he is transformed, since all his links are atk links except one that gives 5% def at lv10, and we dont know if they will change the active skills conditions.

It takes Cooler about no less than 10 turns to reach Perfect Cell's(transformed) damage anyways so I do agree that this Cell is better. Cell tanks better and deals equal if not more damage than Cooler does in 8 turns imo

If he double supers It becomes 920k def since the supers only count the def from the passive the moment they attack so both 50%s would come from the 460k def

I just had the realization that this Cell is now the strongest defensive character when paired with the Monster Carrot item. 2 million+ defense with 69% damage reduction is completely out of this world compared to any other unit.
This cell was still being used even before the Eza, looks like he'll be on many more nightmare banners to come.
