It was in the woods so didn't explore the towns really other than driving through, but got a little taste of it. Then I hitchhiked from there across Wisconsin to Minneapolis to catch a flight, barely made it in time.

No words to describe the color of water, it's so unreal from deep inside and some stalacites formed which is almost 20,000 years old from the ceiling of the cave is really phenomenal.

I went there when I was a teenager. It was absolute chaos with all the people so I guess you kinda got lucky, but at the same time seeing the islands so empty is depressing.. Hopefully next season everything will be back to normal.
This was recorded in early June, I'm going to Greece in July and everything is freaking booked, seems like people like me are taking their vacations in mid summer.

Hi Gabriel, It's incredible so much to explore my understanding is that they're 166 to 227 Greek Islands. You've been there a number of times you would know which ones to visit while again some other islands not so much.
Gabriel you didn't hike to Aenos mountain? Or Drogarati cave (is just 2 minutes away from Melissani). Kefalonia had so many sightseeing....... Unfortunately you didn't show much
Well, I like that Ellen and any time you want to have her join you on your travels is fine with me. I like that your channel is so eclectic. Cool use of two cameras when you did the jumping into the water scene. I've seen a few other youtubers do that, I don't know if I've ever seen you do it, so bravo for adding another facet to your vids. That cenote or whatever it's called in Greek and talking to the 'captain' of your boat, a world traveler like yourself (now you have to go to Brazil) ... all in all, a cool video to watch. Btw, Aristotle Onassis, another Greek who was in the ship business .... I think the Greeks are known for their prowess in this area, I guess cuz they get so much practice going around between their own islands. So many Greek islands, so little time.

You were very lucky to be only two in the boat at Melissani Cave. Usually the boats are full, and several boats float there simultaneously, and it spoils the visit of course.

I've seen a few other youtubers do that, I don't know if I've ever seen you do it, so bravo for adding another facet to your vids. That cenote or whatever it's called in Greek and talking to the 'captain' of your boat, a world traveler like yourself (now you have to go to Brazil) ... all in all, a cool video to watch. Btw, Aristotle Onassis, another Greek who was in the ship business .... I think the Greeks are known for their prowess in this area, I guess cuz they get so much practice going around between their own islands. So many Greek islands, so little time.

Hey Gabriel, what beautiful water and yeah it doesn't look deep at all. I would love to go to Greece and spend a few months just traveling around but my old body just can't do that any longer. I'll just have to do some of my traveling through you.

You were very lucky to be only two in the boat at Melissani Cave. Usually the boats are full, and several boats float there simultaneously, and it spoils the visit of course.
