I started feeling these things a few months ago. The initial feeling was as if I was having a heart chakra opening myself, except it felt 100x stronger than what it did when I had my own heart chakra opening. It was pure bliss. The best natural high I've ever experienced. I immediately felt the need to reach out, but didn't know what to say. I just started typing. I didn't read what I typed until after I sent it, but when I read it, it didn't make any kind of sense.....not until I reread it about 20 times. That's when I realized that what I typed was what he would've said in that moment if he knew what to say. After that revelation, I was flooded with downloads. I could see him in my minds' eye, staring at his phone before I sent it. Flashes of our last texts were coming in and out. He was yelling at his phone as if it were his phones fault that he couldn't come up with the words to say. When he received my text, I was reading what I typed for the first time, but it was as if I was reading it from his eyes. As if I were literally him. It was quite a strange experience, but it has happened before....I just shook it off and thought nothing of it. That is when I started to fully embrace the fact that we ARE in fact, one another. I am him, and he is me. We share one soul which makes us a whole, and that is exactly why these strange things happen. He hasn't responded in the 3D, but I'm thinking that (at that time), he was too flabbergasted to do so....but it feels different now.. I know he is fully aware of what we share. We do speak often telepathically, and he has confirmed. His circumstances don't really give him the opportunity to speak to me freely, as he is still involved with someone else, but the telepathy makes it easier for the both of us. Yes, feeling heart chakra since last night. Woke up out of my sleep and knew immediately the sensation was belonging to my twin, so I played heart chakra binaural beats and was able to to back to sleep. The sensation continued into this morning. Also, I have been taking unusual power naps throughout the day (yesterday and today) as if I am energetically drained.

On February 6th I wrote a letter to my TF. It was a letter spelling out everything that was aching in my heart. When I re-read it in my therapy session it hit me that I was saying to him what he had said to me when we were in union. Being broken, keeping people at a distance not letting people in, having walls up because of abuse and more. Then 2 1/2 weeks ago I ran into him at the grocery store. After that meeting lots of emotions came out of nowhere. What he asked me when he saw me was ‘How are you doing?’ Those are the words I wanted to hear from him. I’ve driven myself crazy at times wondering how he is feeling. My intuition told me he does miss our connection. My heart has been doing some crazy skipping and sporadic beating. Thank goodness I’m aware when this is doing on it’s the electromagnetic energies from my twin and also what’s happening in the Universe. I’m feeling we are both purging deep emotional wounds right now. Listening to Samadhi and The Untethered Soul has really helped me on this emotional journey. Holy cow!! It’s so true! The mood swings that I never used to have like this, the becoming super tired all the time when I used to be the “go-getter girl” in my twin flame’s own words, and the literally feeling like a thread is being sewn between my heart and his, sewing our hearts together (I actually literally explained that it felt physically like that in my heart, almost 5 years ago now). Spot on!! And yes, it is so hard not to judge myself for feeling tired, especially in this economy, I feel like I’m blaming myself for having a bad relationship with food and sleep and that I should be doing more to support myself and my family and him… I didn’t even think of it as I already am supporting him with my energy. Well, I pray to the Divine to have even more energy so I can meet my needs through all of this because I can’t afford to be in a depressive slump 🙏 I just literally can’t afford that, though I do still want to energetically support him. I’ve been trying to use reiki like crazy and vitamins and all sorts of stuff to get my energy back on track. My sleeping improved a little bit with prayer (thank God 🙏), but I really do need that surge of energy to get me more active again 🙏

Well, this explains SO much! Thank you, Infinity! Both yesterday and the day before, I was SO wiped out. It came on suddenly 2 days ago after I had finished breakfast. I was energized before I ate, so I was very confused by the sudden drain of energy. It literally felt like my energy had been sucked out of my muscles. I could barely move and yet I still had to walk to the bus stop to pick up my children. It was rough! I really hope that my TF got some serious benefits because I was at a deficit for real!
We're in the 5D since he awoke me about a year ago and given who it was who "invaded" my dreams. First dreamed of him at 7 and didn't know who he was until I was 8. Didn't pay attention to him after 12 and I'm 42 now with a child of my own. I grew up raising myself basically and only knew conditional love. When I feel my DM, it's a strong hard feeling in my chest or when I do feel him in my waking hours. The walls are still half up because I will still try to protect myself from the past and had problems with self love. I don't want karmic patterns to happen again. I do feel back tracking and sliding admist my progression. I feels highs and lows very intensely like mood swings. I feel every emotion a lot since he's awakened me. The swings are incredible. The intensity is extreme for me. I know I have walls and he very well may have them as well. I do remember past memories of past pain or trauma dating back to childhood and failed relationships as well. I tried to leave him a comment, normal in nature of course but encouraging and I'm not like that. It was logical in nature from what's going on with us. Me back in 2010 and him now. Identical to the core. I feel a tug/hard pressure in the center of my chest in my waking hours as well. This has been happening for almost a year now since he awoke me. It's made me extremely weak a time or two. Self judgement does come into play sometimes.

Infinity I know everything you just described is exactly what my twin flame and I are going through. I met one of my girlfriend's today and sobbed about all of my trauma I've been through most of my life, I had the image of my twin flames face in the back of my mind the whole time. His strength gives me strength to pull myself back together and to keep moving forward. My twin flame has not had an easy life at all either and he's had alot of trauma in his life too. I am always there for him too. He can use my strength. He can use my courage. I have seen him cry when he lost someone very dear to him. I cried too. I have guilt sometimes, have extreme peace sometimes, got angry today at two family members who think they are trying to help me and they do help me in a sense. But in all reality it's all about them wanting to control me and my life and try to suck me back into their dysfunctional world. They want me to completely forgive and forget all the damage they have done to me in my life. I am not God. And if I were to forgive them does not mean karma will not come back to them. It just does not work that way. When you do alot of evil to a good person with a good heart, eventually karma steps in and what needs to be done to reward the good person for all the pain you caused them gets done. I know my twin flame and I are connected by our hearts and we always experience what the other one is going through at the same time. Peace, anger, guilt, confusion and utter sadness. My twin flame and I are two bodies have two souls yet we remain one. I love him unconditionally. I am madly and passionately in love with him. He fills my every need and he and he alone is the only man that can complete me and make me completely whole again. He's all I've ever wanted my whole life. And he's the only one I want forever. No man could ever take his place in my life and do what he does and has done for me.

There was a Native American feel to him in my dream. On waking up I had this immense urge to listen to native American flutes and that's when I broke down with grief. Crying non-stop! It's the same grief that I had experienced when I met him for the first time. Back then, I didn't know much and thought that I was going mad. Heart palpitations feeling tired when just moving around. It has been though…. So tired and pain in my heart on and off. I feel sick so scared that Im sick… took vitamin/mineral test at the doctor. Wow 2 weeks ago I thought I was bipolar😂 I literally frantically started researching twin flames sharing emotions and really just ended up following my intuition of what was happening. I have good days and bad days on this journey of course but those bad days I use as self reflection and wound analysis but I kept having these sudden bursts of deep hurt and could not locate the source of the hurt. I began writing just to dig a little deeper and literally just asked spirit to give me clarity and bam! My inner voice just said it’s him! I still haven’t reached out to him because this is his path but it has been difficult. My lesson is definitely patience trust and divine timing… not enjoying it but love the chance to learn and grow
Me!! I couldnt sleep when my womb was burning from pain and had to take a painkiller. Felt like the pain in labor or on period. But i my period is due to 10 days and should not have ovulation either and never had ovulation pain like that anyway. The pain was horrible!
I have experienced this too, buy years before I met my TF. I thought it was from the stress of the bad marriage I was in that was causing the pain.I would wake up from sleep to a horrible pain as if I was giving birth.

I started feeling these things a few months ago. The initial feeling was as if I was having a heart chakra opening myself, except it felt 100x stronger than what it did when I had my own heart chakra opening. It was pure bliss. The best natural high I've ever experienced. I immediately felt the need to reach out, but didn't know what to say. I just started typing. I didn't read what I typed until after I sent it, but when I read it, it didn't make any kind of sense.....not until I reread it about 20 times. That's when I realized that what I typed was what he would've said in that moment if he knew what to say. After that revelation, I was flooded with downloads. I could see him in my minds' eye, staring at his phone before I sent it. Flashes of our last texts were coming in and out. He was yelling at his phone as if it were his phones fault that he couldn't come up with the words to say. When he received my text, I was reading what I typed for the first time, but it was as if I was reading it from his eyes. As if I were literally him. It was quite a strange experience, but it has happened before....I just shook it off and thought nothing of it. That is when I started to fully embrace the fact that we ARE in fact, one another. I am him, and he is me. We share one soul which makes us a whole, and that is exactly why these strange things happen.
He hasn't responded in the 3D, but I'm thinking that (at that time), he was too flabbergasted to do so....but it feels different now.. I know he is fully aware of what we share. We do speak often telepathically, and he has confirmed. His circumstances don't really give him the opportunity to speak to me freely, as he is still involved with someone else, but the telepathy makes it easier for the both of us. I could say so much here, but I am pretty sure there isn't enough space lol

Yes, feeling heart chakra since last night. Woke up out of my sleep and knew immediately the sensation was belonging to my twin, so I played heart chakra binaural beats and was able to to back to sleep. The sensation continued into this morning. Also, I have been taking unusual power naps throughout the day (yesterday and today) as if I am energetically drained.

On February 6th I wrote a letter to my TF. It was a letter spelling out everything that was aching in my heart. When I re-read it in my therapy session it hit me that I was saying to him what he had said to me when we were in union. Being broken, keeping people at a distance not letting people in, having walls up because of abuse and more.
Then 2 1/2 weeks ago I ran into him at the grocery store. After that meeting lots of emotions came out of nowhere. What he asked me when he saw me was ‘How are you doing?’ Those are the words I wanted to hear from him. I’ve driven myself crazy at times wondering how he is feeling. My intuition told me he does miss our connection.
My heart has been doing some crazy skipping and sporadic beating. Thank goodness I’m aware when this is doing on it’s the electromagnetic energies from my twin and also what’s happening in the Universe.
I’m feeling we are both purging deep emotional wounds right now. Listening to Samadhi and The Untethered Soul has really helped me on this emotional journey.

Holy cow!! It’s so true! The mood swings that I never used to have like this, the becoming super tired all the time when I used to be the “go-getter girl” in my twin flame’s own words, and the literally feeling like a thread is being sewn between my heart and his, sewing our hearts together (I actually literally explained that it felt physically like that in my heart, almost 5 years ago now). Spot on!! And yes, it is so hard not to judge myself for feeling tired, especially in this economy, I feel like I’m blaming myself for having a bad relationship with food and sleep and that I should be doing more to support myself and my family and him… I didn’t even think of it as I already am supporting him with my energy. Well, I pray to the Divine to have even more energy so I can meet my needs through all of this because I can’t afford to be in a depressive slump 🙏 I just literally can’t afford that, though I do still want to energetically support him. I’ve been trying to use reiki like crazy and vitamins and all sorts of stuff to get my energy back on track. My sleeping improved a little bit with prayer (thank God 🙏), but I really do need that surge of energy to get me more active again 🙏

Yes I feel the heart tugging from time to time. Sometimes it's very very intense. To ease them I have to take very deep slow breaths. They can be quite uncomfortable.
It's a cross between nerve pain and tugging.....almost like the heart is struggling to pump, but it happens infrequently.....not every heartbeat. This started yesterday for me and I've been a bit concerned. I'm 37, female, slim and healthy. I haven't had contact with my DM for a long time.....he struggles to talk to me as himself and open up. We had a challenging 2023.

Well, this explains SO much! Thank you, Infinity! Both yesterday and the day before, I was SO wiped out. It came on suddenly 2 days ago after I had finished breakfast. I was energized before I ate, so I was very confused by the sudden drain of energy. It literally felt like my energy had been sucked out of my muscles. I could barely move and yet I still had to walk to the bus stop to pick up my children. It was rough! I really hope that my TF got some serious benefits because I was at a deficit for real!

We're in the 5D since he awoke me about a year ago and given who it was who "invaded" my dreams. First dreamed of him at 7 and didn't know who he was until I was 8. Didn't pay attention to him after 12 and I'm 42 now with a child of my own. I grew up raising myself basically and only knew conditional love. When I feel my DM, it's a strong hard feeling in my chest or when I do feel him in my waking hours. The walls are still half up because I will still try to protect myself from the past and had problems with self love. I don't want karmic patterns to happen again. I do feel back tracking and sliding admist my progression. I feels highs and lows very intensely like mood swings. I feel every emotion a lot since he's awakened me. The swings are incredible. The intensity is extreme for me. I know I have walls and he very well may have them as well. I do remember past memories of past pain or trauma dating back to childhood and failed relationships as well. I tried to leave him a comment, normal in nature of course but encouraging and I'm not like that. It was logical in nature from what's going on with us. Me back in 2010 and him now. Identical to the core. I feel a tug/hard pressure in the center of my chest in my waking hours as well. This has been happening for almost a year now since he awoke me. It's made me extremely weak a time or two. Self judgement does come into play sometimes.

Infinity I know everything you just described is exactly what my twin flame and I are going through. I met one of my girlfriend's today and sobbed about all of my trauma I've been through most of my life, I had the image of my twin flames face in the back of my mind the whole time. His strength gives me strength to pull myself back together and to keep moving forward. My twin flame has not had an easy life at all either and he's had alot of trauma in his life too. I am always there for him too. He can use my strength. He can use my courage. I have seen him cry when he lost someone very dear to him. I cried too. I have guilt sometimes, have extreme peace sometimes, got angry today at two family members who think they are trying to help me and they do help me in a sense. But in all reality it's all about them wanting to control me and my life and try to suck me back into their dysfunctional world. They want me to completely forgive and forget all the damage they have done to me in my life. I am not God. And if I were to forgive them does not mean karma will not come back to them. It just does not work that way. When you do alot of evil to a good person with a good heart, eventually karma steps in and what needs to be done to reward the good person for all the pain you caused them gets done. I know my twin flame and I are connected by our hearts and we always experience what the other one is going through at the same time. Peace, anger, guilt, confusion and utter sadness. My twin flame and I are two bodies have two souls yet we remain one. I love him unconditionally. I am madly and passionately in love with him. He fills my every need and he and he alone is the only man that can complete me and make me completely whole again. He's all I've ever wanted my whole life. And he's the only one I want forever. No man could ever take his place in my life and do what he does and has done for me.

There was a Native American feel to him in my dream. On waking up I had this immense urge to listen to native American flutes and that's when I broke down with grief. Crying non-stop! Heart palpitations feeling tired when just moving around. It has been though…. So tired and pain in my heart on and off. I feel sick so scared that Im sick… took vitamin/mineral test at the doctor. Wow 2 weeks ago I thought I was bipolar😂 I literally frantically started researching twin flames sharing emotions and really just ended up following my intuition of what was happening. I have good days and bad days on this journey of course but those bad days I use as self reflection and wound analysis but I kept having these sudden bursts of deep hurt and could not locate the source of the hurt. I began writing just to dig a little deeper and literally just asked spirit to give me clarity and bam! My inner voice just said it’s him! I still haven’t reached out to him because this is his path but it has been difficult. My lesson is definitely patience trust and divine timing… not enjoying it but love the chance to learn and grow

A couple days ago, it literally felt like I was having labor pains. Has anyone else in the twin flame connection experienced anything like this?
Me!! I couldnt sleep when my womb was burning from pain and had to take a painkiller. Felt like the pain in labor or on period. But i my period is due to 10 days and should not have ovulation either and never had ovulation pain like that anyway. The pain was horrible!

I have experienced this too, buy years before I met my TF. I thought it was from the stress of the bad marriage I was in that was causing the pain.I would wake up from sleep to a horrible pain as if I was giving birth.
