As I agree, yes, you of course don’t have to be Latina to wear that makeup. BUT, this girl intended on trying to come off as hispanic, by changing her eye color to black and tricking people into believing she’s hispanic by putting her name literally as a “latina” girl name. She even admitted to doing this.
Maybe she wanted to try a different style/look its just the makeup eyecolor and the hair she did. angles maybe? in the first latina makeup pic you can kinda see how her head is ever so slightly tilted back. she also could've gotten surgery over the years because the guy in the video mentions that she could've gone thru an identity crisis or body dysmorphia, so that could've lead her to plastic surgery. im inclined to believe this is her though because the nose and lips match up
