Wonderful exercise that anyone can do in a small space, even if you only have a few minutes to paint! That is such a good tip about using the brush to lift excess water- it's so important to preserve the paper surface, and a lot of blotting techniques tend to lift too much sizing or abrade the paper. It's remarkable how much a skilled painter can do with a single, high quality brush!
Just thought I was being thanked for my comment…never thought of a scammer. Hopefully I’ll recognize one if it happens again. Thanks for letting me know.
Very nice. It's odd and great that I understand this via one viewing whereas a year ago when I first began venturing into landscapes I'd have to watch this two or three times to fully grasp the steps vs now, not sure if this is usual when learning something new but this is often how my mind works repetition is best for me thus multiple viewings in the early stages until I can apply the lesson reasonably well. I love the wet on wet technique it's a versatile calming technique ☮️❤️
Great information, and love the wet-on-wet bleeds! This can be a wonderful practice/play for short sessions. Def. will try this with my cotton paper, as I have had difficulty in the past trying to get satisfactory bleeds/blends with my practice, cellulose paper!
You are absolutely amazing!!😍♥️ What the type of brush that u use in most of your vdo🥺🤌... And what is the allrounder brush🥲 that you have that completes every painting and brushes ❤🥰 and i have seen it many vdos 🎉
Ze French Legionnaires have sent me to politely remind you that Arches does not make bridges, they make high quality 100% cotton paper. Therefore, please pronounce Arches correctly, which is to say, "ARSH" - further infractions will result in paratroopers assaulting your domicile and a 12-hour mandatory participation in pronouncing baguettes and other French formalities will ensue! ;-)
