Thing is this was what? 2013? Mariah was hitting all her notes still hunny. Fast forward 2023 she simply no longer has her upper chest range. That part of her voice has always given her trouble because she's had nodules her entire life. Then she had to go on and sing an entire catalog of extremely vocally demanding song arrangements (made by her), in very high keys. Its been 40+ years and she's trying. Good for her because music is all she's ever known - can't imagine losing the one thing you know. On a bad day she barely has a speaking voice. I also know someone with nodules - it hurts to even speak sometimes and sometimes her voice is completely shot. It's sad that people don't know this and bash Mariah harshly even after she has shown/done the unthinkable with her voice. It was also sad to see Tamar, who considers herself a hardcore lamb, bash her #1 idol like this. Hell, she just (2022) posted photos praising Mariah about her Christmas concert she attended. She's rude to everyone, even her own sisters, so it's not surprising. Hell, a couple years ago she told Toni she's too old for the music industry, which hurt her. Toni doesn't age she's classy and her talent speaks for itself - til this day. But Tamar was the one in her late 30s at the time had 1 successful record (its still at this number today). ITS THAT MOUTH! Toni told her - gotta watch what you say to people and about people. Look at her today...good voice but hopping from one reality show to another. Meanwhile, the people she's bashing BEEN mega-stars.
