Nope, if she said don't touch me, then Tamar should have left her alone. She knew that Traci was already a ticking time bomb. But the issue started with Olivia. It just should have been aired. 🤷🏽♀️ Because even with what Traci described it is hard to know for sure if what Tamar was doing was meant to agitate. When a person is already on 10, it’s hard to interpret anything someone you’re upset with is doing as innocent or without ill intent. Traci seems to loop all of her sister’s actions into the bad category, when I think in actuality it’s more of mixed bag, they probably do some effed up ish but not everything they do is bad. But confirmation bias makes it so that even if you sisters brought you a dozen roses and 100K, she would probably think, “She thinks I need her sympathy/a handout?” This is what makes it so hard for people to heal bc once you have been hurt, or even if you’ve hurt someone, so many people live in the past pain that it’s hard to move forward.

Tamar and Traci have so much in common. I really feel is why they’re at odds so much. I remember Iyanla saying that Tamar felt abandoned when her sisters moved out and she was the only one left. Traci notoriously felt the same way when she didn’t get signed. Tamar is very animated and Traci expresses her emotions to the point that it’s also disruptive.
Actually, her story has remained consistent. Editing just has a way of chopping and screwing things, which is clearly what was done to this scene. I'm sure you are smart enough to figure that out. On another note, Traci has the hardest time putting words together. I don't even know what to call it. She literally speaks like English is her second language or something. It frustrates me to no end, because it makes her sound unintelligent, and she's not. She's actually a very sharp woman. It's sad watching her struggle to effectively communicate. I just wish everybody would take accountability for their part in this mess. Every time these girls get close to resolving their actual problem they shoot themselves in the foot by avoiding acceptance and accountability. For example, ALL of this stuff with Traci is stemming from all those years ago over feeling abandon by sisters for a record contract. Instead of just sitting with how Traci experienced that situation, they simply said, "Sorry. It wasn't our fault either way. The record company cut you out the deal; not us. You got pregnant; not us. The last people you should be mad at is us, but we're sorry you're still sad about that." Where's the compassion in that? Where's the acknowledging Traci's unresolved pain with that? And Traci's not the only one who feels that way. Tamar expressed her own experience feeling abandoned and I that's why of all of them Traci and Tamar go at each other the hardest. They are fighting the same fight instead of hearing each other and relating/realizing they share same pain due to different situations. I wish they would stop all of this all together.

Traci has a lot of problems to be honest. I don’t get why people say she’s their favorite sister. She gets upset over the tinniest things at such a big age and it’s just disgusting and I can’t handle that at all. Most of the time , I’m wondering “Traci, what’s the big dealllllll???? Tamar is the last sister. I feel that if Tracy had given them all distance like their brother did, she would have been respected better by the lot. When people don’t respect you as a person, you excuse yourself from their midst and keep your distance for your own sanity, health and wellbeing.
