I am old enough to remember when watching the news or a talk show you couldn't tell who anyone supported. They just talked about the news of the day and stayed neutral.
My tv viewing goes back to the 1960s and I knew exactly who Cronkite, Jennings, Huntley & Brinkley were lying for and against.
