Had lots of fun out there playing around w Tim and Misha.
And before the car comparisons that aren’t possible as both are cruising..... what I can say from the low pace we took is that the Pista and Senna accelerate at same speed which isn’t too surprising considering similar power levels and big drag on senna.
The senna in the rear view mirror looks very planted and you can see the potential that it has! Would be fun to start pushing one around the track and see what it can do.
robert_mitchell I vote for you to buy one by next season and I’ll buy several laps with you!! And yes it would be great to see it pushed and see a lap record!

When Tim said " Misha, that was the Ringlap of my LIFE !" i literally had Goosebumps. Truly *epic* . I have seen Tim excited many times, but this time he seemed *happy* .
Not so much traffic as in the first lap we saw on his channel. More room to actually drive much faster. What an experience !
I’ll never be able to own a Senna (or anything close to it), but enjoy living and sharing such experiences through yours & Tim’s videos.
A year late with the answer, but if you are seriously thinking about a track day car, get an e36 328 or an e46 330. Install sport suspension, slick tires and remove the back seats and other unnecessary weight. You'll get lap times similar to most early 2000's exotic cars for a fraction of the price.

The pace they kept was a perfect balance of passing everything that deserves to be passed as to maintain ring etiquette and esteem, while not dialing it to 10 and putting one of these treasures into a wall for no good reason. Well done. Enjoyed being along for the ride!

Great lap, Love the sound of the car, downshifts reminds me of the F1 GTR. got to give Tim credit. Nothing he buys is a garage queen. Very happy for him to enjoy the cars using them for what they were built for.

One of the best parts of the video was that we were able to.get a sense of the lateral Gs, based on the tilt of the camera. You just don't get that with a hard-mounted GoPro. Thanks Misha and Tim!

Thing wasnt even in track mode and had a passenger and they were talking while driving..track mode with a 100% focused driver and no passenger I can't even imagine!!Shmee did great tho 👌

When I saw Tim's video I noticed how quiet you were at the end when you said you know it's a good lap when I am just sitting there with a smile on my face.... I can only imagine that thing must be balls to the wall amazing... That was epic! Robert Mitchell owns a variety of fast mclarens and that pista, and is not afraid of driving them hard. He also knows the nordschleife well, so that fact that tim was pushing the senna hard enough to easily keep up with rob is a huge statement and true testament to how superior the senna's capabilities are in the hypercar world. It takes serious balls to push a valulable exotic 1 of 500 hypercar like the senna to limits you've never taken it to before on a busy track that you're not 100% familiar with. Most people are too scared to get a car like this out of the garage - let alone put it on a track and actually use it. Good on you Tim.

Shmee's Senna is faster than the Pista (in places. Like out of Adanau Forest) but Tim is not faster than Robert. Great video guys. Any chance we could get Tim to let Ice cold Moritz do a lap? Or maybe have Shmee follow one of the Taxi's

From looking at the comments I guess a lot of people weren't watching Tim when he got his intermediate B racing license. But yeah, aside from that the ring does take practice. Great show everyone. Was completely enjoyable. I think the emotion really came through in the video. Congratulations Tim and Misha. I'm sure during the ice cream, Robert had comments. Some of that probably go along with something he said between the two of you before. Where maybe the Pista goes & a Senna shows up? :-) All video long, you could tell the Senna was a no drama, I'll go where you say kind of car. From watching the previous Pista video, to me these two appeared like an Elise and an Exige running together. The Elise is a lil squishy and the Exige is track focused. Just these cars are obviously so next level, Next Level, Next Level from my example. :-) Take care. Great show guys! Loved it!

If there was ever a time for a comparison between a Senna, 675LT, 720S and the 600LT this would be the time. With guys that own them and all of them in the same place at the same time. And nobody that I am aware of puts miles on their McLarens like the guys at Apex or Shmee150. Maybe some back to back laps could be arranged?

The Senna can easily stay with the Pista even with an experienced ring taxi driver at the wheel.
The Driver of the Pista is a noob and don't forget : the Pista 700 cv and the Senna 800 cv ! But this 2 cars are very incredibles :)
@@windurst007 He is no noob, thats for sure. He does this on a daily. He is just giving Shmee a convoy. Most of the reason for the difference in the cars around a track like this comes from how planeted the senna is with its much stiffer chassis and suspenition, with so much more downforce. The pista is known to have quite a bit of body roll in its setup.

Man this was seriously awesome to watch. The smile on Shmee's face and the silence tells me that was a phenomenal lap. Massive respect to Shmee. The view from the passenger seat is fricking amazing and the Pista racing in front 😍 . All in all a great bit of footage.

Every super/hyper/megacar-owner should be obligated by the dealer to drive at least 3 laps on the Ring, so they know why they should have bought their car for, and what their car was built for (instead of sitting in a garage). Tim and Robert, great guys who drive their cars like that. Chee-ee-ee-ee-ee-rs :) Happy Easter.
