Just discovered Dounis, mentioned in Strings magazine. I have been doing Simon Fischer's warmup a year or so, and felt I needed something different. I really appreciate this video demo. It is a fine intro and ice-breaker for the sheet music. Thanks!

How soon could a beginner start doing this?
If it makes sense to you, you are ready. Just don't spend too much time on each exercise and skip the ones that don't feel good or don't make sense yet.
