Hi Damian, I am an Italian fisherman and I have just sold the bass boat to buy a Hobie Pa 14 360, I saw that you always use the Torqeedo as an electric motor, but you also mounted the bow plate for the Motorguide xi3, which one would you recommend. of the two being able to buy only one. Thanks Damian for your videos.

Honestly, I haven't mounted my bow mount motor yet to test it out. Im definitely going to keep my torqeedo on though. Depends on what type of fishing style you fish and if you are a tournament angler. If you do a lot of offshore fishing then the bow mount motor would be the better option. The torqeedo is only good for getting you from point A to point B. Good motor to race other anglers to a spot on tournament day.

7th with 3 fish? You definitely still have a chance to go higher. Good luck bud, you got this.

I really don't like Texas rigging a drop shot. With light action rods and lighter lines, it makes it hard to get a good enough hookset through the plastic, especially with a straight shank hook.

What model of kayak do you use? Looks like a Hobie, would you get it again?

It's a Hobie Pro Angler 14 360 and yes I would get it again if I had the money lol. May purchase another one in the future for guest use. You planning to get one?

I’m no pro but maybe braid to leader will help with getting that hook set quicker due to less stretch on your drop shot set up. Also better sensitivity. Made a huge difference for me years ago. Thanks for the content 🤙. Or maybe that is braid 😆 can’t tell

Thanks man, I'm running braid to flouro, just a longer leader. lol

I always loose more fish with Roboworms vs Trickworms. I think the plastic is more dense. Better color selection though. Oh well. You’re still in this thing. Go get em!
