I kinda looked around, Yeah in England those are considered pancakes. They’re quite thin compared to American pancakes which are thicker and fluffier so people see them as crepes cause they’re thinner. They also have filling inside which typically American pancakes have things like butter, syrup, and more sat ontop of the pancake.
I remember Pewdiepie who is Swedish make similar pancakes so it must he a regional thing.

A crepe is a really thin french pancake which you normally fold and put something in the middle. So I’m pretty sure it’s just a pancake and people thought it was a crepe because it was thinner than American style ones but in Europe they are normally thinner, and it’s not folded so, a pancake.
