@Collidiscope It is very strange that the "dead nurse" conveniently had a modern style nurses' uniform, though. That style definitely did not date back to WWI...I have an open mind; however, that one is too much of a stretch for me.
@Jumpcut Jimmy I agree, and even the times when an actual apparition of a person can be seen by a living human, I just don't think it's a demon or spirit. I think that's a result of energy trapped on earth like with all things, like how there is radiation still at Chernobyl, even we as living creatures have a certain level of radioactivity in our cells. When we die, that active energy doesn't vanish, it has to stay on the planet and absorb into other life, or maybe, possibly, play itself over and over in a stasis like a record. But that's not supernatural, it's just laws of physics and energy and state of matter.I personally wouldn't refute that people DO see and experience things that are not normal or typical, but in the cases where it isn't an illusion or imagination, even actual apparitions would have a 100% scientific expllanation like that, and not be something sentient out to hurt people. I mean that's the biggest part of death, when you die you cannot affect the world you lived in anymore, it's not your place, it's not right and it's not natural. If all humans had the ability to keep our sentient, conscious soul here on earth, then every serial killer who ever died would still be out here killing people as a ghost, it doesn't happen because no one's conscious self stays here, only minute traces of energy their body held while alive and that's it, and emotions and turmoil make energy stronger and certain chemicals, which can also linger in places and can make you feel emotions due to chemical disturbance in the place you are in, not a person's spirit actively haunting you etc. And it's actually such a simple and clear explanation for anything that illusions and imagining doesn't cover. Like yes, okay, you did for sure see a "ghost", a shape of a person, and it also said words, maybe even seemed like it was talking directly to you - but that still doesn't make it paranormal, you saw a static recording of a person who used to be alive, that's the very most it could be, because if any old joe can break the law of nature and remain consciously on earth to affect things after dying, then everyone would and ghosts would be very obvious because they'd be trying to do what they did in real life, and they wouldn't hide and play games, they'd openly murder and molest people because a murderer who becomes a ghost isn't gonna be like "yay now I can kill people with no consequences - so I better not get caught" like seriously XD there are so many reasons that it's not real and that even if you do see or hear something that has no other "normal" reasoning, there's still science behind that, there was a reason you saw or heard that, but it's not a person's legitimate spirit or consciousness.
@Collidiscope Really? I save creepy shit for years waiting for a chance to edit it into a convincing creepy image, you don't know people's motives lmfao that's literally what people who are into this shit do, collect creepy images and try to fit them in where it seems natural for a ghost to be. Welcome to the internet XD
@@beggar1015 I checked a couple of times and when I looked at the bottom of the window frame, I realized most windows don't have 5 slots across the bottom for handles. Looking at the dark gap below the window shades, I think it looks more like screen than glass. I'd say the window was open.
That's what I was thinking! People are so quick to jump to conclusions. After all these years of watching "ghost" videos and others debunking them, I've learned that in situations like this, a window being open has a lot to do with the air flow in your room; and that includes what we may think is creepy or weird, but it's really just air or the wind putting pressure on your door. It also has to do with the A/C and ventilation of your house. What you may "think" is a ghost, is actually normal everyday objects. At this point (now that I think about it), unless someone can prove me wrong, I have YET to come across a genuine ghost video or picture.

I would love to test out taking a picture with that painting honestly, if the camera can record the painting perfectly fine, then I wonder why the ghost lady hates phones so much
I'd actually wonder if it's one of the shades of color on the painting that's causing that glitch. we seen similar events like the wallpaper that semi bricked your phone.
So, my school trip was to Sydney and we did a ghost tour at that quarantine station (because that's what you do in grade 7 apparently) and i can testify, that place is full of bad vibes ...
Anyone who owns a sensor-controlled LED nightlight knows they will respond to even the slightest change in light levels. Even ones that can't be detected by a camera. That's all that was happening there.
Enclave_dude Firstly, how can someone interpret a joke base solely on text? Jokes are better said vocally and unless there’s an obvious inflection in text like a *bold* letter of italics, there was very little indication that there was a joke. For all I knew, you were being very condescending. Second, using the “it’s just a joke” excuse is just as redundant as “it’s just a prank! Lol”. People use that excuse to avoid criticism. For example; I could make the most racist statement that is very tasteless and harsh, and I could excuse it as “it’s just a joke dude!” Contrary to popular belief, jokes can only work based on time, delivery and if it’s tasteful, regardless if it’s racists, sexist etc.

When i was a kid we lived in a haunted house. All 5 of us living in the house had experiences. I, however, had two of the creepiest experiences and to this day they haunt me.
I have felt spirits all around me since childhood . The problem is there are very few people that actually believe you . Mine was my mom because she was like me . But now that she is not here anymore I literally feel alone with this information in this reality but together with spirits . Also the kids back then didn't believe me either so i don't have any friends as well
I have actually seen spirits since childhood. The only family member I've seen after death is my brother. We were in our late 20's when he died. He had been living about 200 miles away when it happened. About a week after the funeral, I had the most lucid dream I ever had. My brother came to me in the dream to give us a chance to say our good-byes. At the end, we were hugging each other tight. That's when I woke up and found myself hugging air. I will always be grateful to have had that opportunity. If you're interested, I have recorded a couple of my experiences when I saw spirits. I posted them to my channel under the discussion tab. I don't make videos so, it's written out. Feel free to read what I have there and comment, if you like. Unfortunately, it seems that tab doesn't come up if you're using an App. Sorry.
I believe I've seen my grandparents in my bedroom when i was around 10/11, they were together by the door. It must've been between 2-4am, the room was pitch dark, I don't know why I woke up, but i looked over to the door from my pillow and I saw the figures of a young couple dressed up in suit and dress. I turned my head back into the pillow and started screaming out for my mother who was asleep in another room. It was the next day, after I look at an old photo of my grandparents when they were in their 30s that I knew it was them. Both of them had died in the same house I live in, about 35 years prior to the apparition. I like to think they were watching over me.
The number three story with the lady named Jamie, the reason for the door moving could have very well been her AC kicking on. I know my central air is really powerful and it when it turns on it causes a change in air pressure and it can push or pull doors open and sometimes closed, especially if all the windows are closed and the door itself is almost closed, like that one was. Although I did find it interesting that the cat seemed to be disturbed by something.

Yep, happens all the time in my apartment too. The wooden windows here are pretty old (plus the building is kinda sinking onto one side after numerous earthquakes which has made door and windows misalign with the walls) and they let the air in constantly so the doors tend to open all the bloody time. Not sure how smart phone cams focus or zoom but if it uses the same magnetic floating principles as a CD or DVD laser reader, then a strong magnetic field would probably cause problems. Reminds me of that episode of house when the monks used a strong magnetic field to randomly prevent people from lifting the Buddha statue a second time. Someone should bring a small compass near the painting or try filming with an old style non-digital camera. I do believe in spirits of a sort. When on leave in Germany from Iraq, I took a digital picture of a 300 year old cathedral and caught an image of what looks like a pope or priest with his hands outstretched as if giving communion. And there are popes and kings entombed inside this cathedral in Koln. Edit...And interestingly enough, during the war every structure around the cathedral were leveled and not one scratch on the cathedral.

Other members of the family said they had seen a young girl in one of the bedrooms. She would enter and sit on the end of the bed. The house definitely had an eerie feel to it.
That first one would be so easy to just show us the phone recording a part of the room without the painting in it to prove that it indeed only occurs when they film the painting but of course we have to take their word on it because they don't show us how the phone reacts anywhere else.

8:04 "Jamie assures us that there where no windows open," immediately pans phone camera around to show window open about 6 inches.
Came here looking for this comment 😂😂
I was thinking the same thing but when I went back to take a second look the window is closed.
At that moment, the word "Moron" should've shown up in the video
If the painting makes phones glitch, how was that video clip recorded?

This lady: Hello 👋
Women named Jamie tend to have goofy personalities.
Y’all that noise you’re hearing at 8:24 is from The Exorcist when possessed Regan says, “What an excellent day for an exorcism.”
I heard the sounds from Regans recording played backwards but not the “lovely day for an exorcism” line. Maybe I just couldn’t hear it
7gambles7 G2 I had headphones on. I also heard some other stuff that I couldn’t point out, probably also from the movie.
Thought I was the only one that heard something.
But why are we hearing it? Why would they edit that into it? Are they trying to frighten us subliminally? 🤔

Firstly, how can someone interpret a joke base solely on text? Jokes are better said vocally and unless there’s an obvious inflection in text like a *bold* letter of italics, there was very little indication that there was a joke. For all I knew, you were being very condescending.
Second, using the “it’s just a joke” excuse is just as redundant as “it’s just a prank! Lol”. People use that excuse to avoid criticism. For example; I could make the most racist statement that is very tasteless and harsh, and I could excuse it as “it’s just a joke dude!”
Contrary to popular belief, jokes can only work based on time, delivery and if it’s tasteful, regardless if it’s racists, sexist etc.

Have you seen Rukia lately?
The number three story with the lady named Jamie, the reason for the door moving could have very well been her AC kicking on. I know my central air is really powerful and it when it turns on it causes a change in air pressure and it can push or pull doors open and sometimes closed, especially if all the windows are closed and the door itself is almost closed, like that one was. Although I did find it interesting that the cat seemed to be disturbed by something.

My door does the same even without a window to my room being open. It could be suction from another window in the house. Also my house isn't leveled.
Yep, happens all the time in my apartment too. The wooden windows here are pretty old (plus the building is kinda sinking onto one side after numerous earthquakes which has made door and windows misalign with the walls) and they let the air in constantly so the doors tend to open all the bloody time. No ghosts here though XD And animals tend to get freaked out over the slightest sounds as well.
Same here, one of our doors does that too...
All houses have vents, so air pressure can cause movements
