WRT the last story: I had a very similar experience when I was three or so. It wasn't with my reflection but with an old white-bearded man on the TV, who looked just like the archetypal tramp. He suddenly broke the fourth wall and started talking directly to me from the TV. He seemed to be there on screen for ages - long after the scene ought to have changed - , cajoling me, trying to get me to approach the TV set. He was nothing but friendly, but I was terrified. Even then I knew people on the TV didn't actually start talking to you. Eventually, when he was showing no sign of going away I edged up to the TV (he was being really encouraging about this) and at the last moment switched the TV off! For some reason I never told my parents about it. My Mum was in the house at the time, but I felt this unaccountable reluctance to tell her what I had just experienced. I can't explain why. What would have happened if I had done what the man on the TV wanted me to do? This is the ultimate question. Anyway. That was a long time ago. I have never had any other supernatural experience of any kind, thankfully. I don't believe in anything supernatural. But I am always afraid that these things MIGHT be real after all.

#2 sounds like sleep paralysis. That used to happen to me when I was growing up; it's terrifying. When it would happen, I would be completely frozen, but I could just barely open one eye. I've also read where when this happens, some people feel a presence in the room.

Yeah I used to and I had it happen often enough that I would feel unsure of reality on occasion. I saw an entity while having an out of body experience that I knew was conccious and really made me feel weird. This period of my life stopped around the age of 20 so hopefully you will be over it soon. I purposely tried to explore it, my reality, and consciousness so maybe it will end earlier for you.

DEMAND pain relied!! You don't have to be in pain! That's ridiculous. If the nurse doesn't help, demand to see the hospital patient representative immediately and tell them you are filing a formal complaint for being put through unnecessary suffering. Get someone to advocate if you're too weak. Believe me, there is NO EXCUSE to have you in pain. Everyone in my family worked in hospitals, I've worked in hospitals, you need to get on them!

I feel like all of these ones are really easily explained. These user submissions are all bleh. 5. Nothing's there; 4. A hobo (so spooky :|); 3. Their house is so cluttered, not surprised if the door was pushed open by something random falling just out of view (or a hoax); 2. Sleep paralysis; 1. Sleep walking/waking dream. Crazy sleep disorders are is so so so common in kids, I can never say that enough.
I can relate so much to the last one about the mirror, i has stuff happened with mirrors and i'm not comfortable with them, if we stay at a hotel and there is a mirror in the room it gets covered up before bed.

1 was the most terrifying thing to imagine when I was a kid. Not sure why that particularly disturbed me at a young age, but the idea just chilled me to the bone.

I can relate to Savannah's experience. I was 8. My reflection looked at me with a menacing smile and backed up. As soon as our eyes met I got a heavy sinking feeling in my stomach, and the only word I could muster was, "Mommy..."

#2 sounds like sleep paralysis. That used to happen to me when I was growing up; it's terrifying. When it would happen, I would be completely frozen, but I could just barely open one eye. I've also read where when this happens, some people feel a presence in the room.
It obviously was the Dalek, but don't worry, The Doctor is going to take care of this!!!

I had the same sleep paralysis experience at number 2 when I was 10 but I got to ask . Has anyone had a sleep paralysis experience that you got wake yourself up to only realise you still asleep ? It happened once to me when I was choke by a woman in a black dress with plain white eyes Screaming at me in a raw unhuman voice but the moment I woke myself up getting myself out of the event I saw things wasn't quite right until I saw her smiling looking at me from my bedroom door and then I prayed and then woke up finally in the real world .
This happened to me a week ago and I'm 17 . I've been experiencing sleep paralysis since the age of 10 and still today
I felt that.. That's a terrible experience, I can't move my body, I think my eyes only working better.,i can't breathe,then im in jungle,suddenly a giant snake bites me .. Now I'm in real world.. 🤣
Yeah I used to and I had it happen often enough that I would feel unsure of reality on occasion. I saw an entity while having an out of body experience that I knew was conccious and really made me feel weird. This period of my life stopped around the age of 20 so hopefully you will be over it soon. I purposely tried to explore it, my reality, and consciousness so maybe it will end earlier for you.

It too happened to me few days ago it seemed as if i could actually move my body bit wasnt able to talk idk how but i got up only to realize that a very annoying and loud noise was ringing in my ear i sokn realised that it was sleep paralysis i saw a black figure but it wasmt human this alsoboccured in midnight i soon woke up scared. These happened to me alot
