Very good Tips like in all of you sessions; just wondering what kind of exercises you recommnede to make players deciding quicker and talk more during sessions ?
Great drill Coach Shaun! I like this because it demands a sense of urgency and discipline, after they run back to touch the post they have 5 seconds to get organised as a defensive back line then win the ball and break. Definitely gonna try this with my lot 👌
