Avoid brands like Dell, hp, lenovo, and Alienware. Components like the power supply, motherboard, and RAM are extremely cheap. I got my prebuilt from Build Pro PC. It's a beautiful PC, and the performance is amazing for what I paid. They are super helpful and friendly too, highly recommend.
You say that but im getting a 80+ gold 850w psu from lenovo ill lyk any details you want but on my legion t5 i got a ryzen 7700 rtx 4070 ti super 32 gb ram 1 tb ssd and b650 motherboard for only $1400. Cant even build yourself for this price dude!

The best starter PC for 120fps in Fortnite would be the SkyTech Nebula. At 1080p settings it can produce 250fps in performance mode and 240fps on low competitive settings.
