a23 5g is a banger. still with it since last 2 years. not yet planning to replace it. because it's still updateable to android 14 with one ui 6.1 and no lag whatsoever. edit : i have the 6 GB RAM version (RAMPLUS)

Since I've lived with 60Hz refresh/retrace rate my whole life I'm used to it. To the best of my knowledge, training Cathode Ray Tube(CRT) TVs have always been retraced or refreshed at 60Hz.🤷🏼‍♂️ Flat screen TVs have a higher rate of 250Hz and this is what young people today are used to so they have the tendency to want all of their visual devices to be faster. I keep mine at 60Hz and the screen looks fine.

a23 5g ofc. updateable to android 14. pick the highest RAM if you have it in your region. mine is 6 GB with ramplus. been 2 years with it, no lag whatsoever.

Sorry but the s20FE still is a better choice! It has wireless charging, Samsung DEX, and just updated to Android 13. More than enough for the next 2yrs as I just bought it 2months ago.
