Twitch TOS are much stricter than RUclips's, you can show pretty much anything on RUclips (including nudity and violence) as long as it's properly classified. Obviously if your video contains this kinda stuff it's going to be age restricted and shadow banned but it will still be on the plateform.
Not only are they different companies, but the fact that with videos in RUclips you can pause, rewind, etc and you're given a warning, this is perfectly reasonable while in Twitch you can't rewind so the warnings essentially are non existing and cannot go through the viewer. And since Twitch is family friendly, you cannot display forbidden material even as a warning to entering a stream. This is how I personally understand without research.

Not to mention when they post on these sites they are usually painfully obvious and easy to avoid, thats why they "glow".
23:30 anyone know says video games make people violent is stupid. This is a prime example of the opposite: people who are already violent or have violent thoughts, use video games as a way of satisfying those thoughts. Pretty scary, but proof that video games don’t make people violent.
Cognitive is one of the main causes of violence. yes video games can makes you more violent. porn can. music can. movies can. It's all about you. it doesn't automatically turns you into a violent person. but it can be the reason why you got suddenly violent. we don't born evil we adapt the environment around us.
anybody who says "video games = violence" is trying to cause a distraction. violence among young people is going down while video game usage is way up.

This detective is really smart. I suppose they need to be, but some detectives are absolute dogshit and that's not the case with this guy. Posing as someone who understands his motive is a really smart way to get someone to open up.

13:13 I think you misunderstood XQC, see if a lawyer advised you to remain silent the officers still have all the right to continue to ask questions to you. Then it becomes your job to continue to remain silent. Officers know that not everyone can continue resisting to answer questions.
in both canada and us detectives can still direct questions towards you even after you talked to your lawyer lmao your rights only allow you the ability not to respond but they can throw any questions at you within the appropriate time frame, but they cant do it forever
A reason why he's just admitting to it is that a lot of us with Aspergers have an extremely hard time lying, some of us don't have the ability to do it at all, so even though he's advised by a lawyer not to answer, etc, he can't help but be honest. Unfortunately that he has a harder time lying than murdering people, haven't finished watching the video but I hope he gets sent to a high-security psychiatric unit for life.

Lol Xqc is so funny "its incredibly hard to get laid." I'd say yeah if that's your main goal and super focused on only getting laid I think that alone is difficult but getting into a relationship to get to know somebody and building trust will eventually lead to getting laid pretty easily

@@imjack1041 It actually is true. Denying that only proves laziness, because it's conforming with the belief that doing anything won't achieve any results, therefore remaining stagnant. Then people say "it's not true", when actually they haven't even tried self improvement to begin with, and "improvement" of a fake self image to attract someone else doesn't work either because it's obvious. And the initial expectation of rejection is smelled from miles away by everyone else, especially when a guy doesn't even know someone and already acts as if they've already fallen in love...with a stranger. That's illogical, therefore the result is inevitably not having a partner. Why? Because the initial attempt isn't friendship, it's to get into a loving relationship *with a stranger.* That's not how relationships work. An actual decent person isn't going to pop up out of nowhere in front of someone who hasn't done the same work to also become an actual decent person. And that's why people who are single, but don't want to be single, will remain single for a longer time compared to others. Focusing on the outer and inner self will result in a relationship eventually, not the other way around. It's an actual repellent for any decent woman to even speak with a guy who's looking for "happiness" in someone else they barely know instead of themselves first. I'm taking the time to write all this because I know a guy like this who refuses to do the work and believes getting a job an showing off his money and his car will get him a girlfriend, all while refusing to self improve, therefore he's always been single to this day. Don't do the same.
@@imjack1041 Clearly you do because you’re not going to get anywhere in life if you don’t. Not because of “who you are” but because of you choosing to be lazy and childish
Cops can ask as many questions as they want, its up to the individual to stay silent. What they cant do is force or *coerce you into a confession, but if they're asking and you happen to be answering its a-ok. *There have been some cases where a suspect could be considered to have been coerced by detectives, with things like more lenient punishments. This is also legal
"my lawyer advised me not to speak" 5 minutes later- "we organized timed strikes on society" "a beta revolution, an incel uprising to force them to reproduce with us".
People in chat "this is cruel"... while police using same tactics they have used to countless other suspects. They only say this because they feel someone with special needs, needs to be treated like a child or something. I agree that there is a need for a certain amount of consideration depending on the disabilities or the special needs... but in this situation & with how it is, it is better for the greater good to see if the guy is actually evil. People with special needs are some of the nicest people ever, I think they are the same as everyone. I have yet to meet a bad guy(I have relatives, few of them) but you never know.
when I heard him say "supreme gentlemen" I chuckled to myself like wtf is that. Always impressed by the interrogators so good at their job like this guy. I can barely start a conversation with a stranger and this guy got a man to confess in detail of the crimes his lawyers specifically told him not to talk about 😂 and made it so casual
Nope. This interrogator didn't trip him up on his MANY lies, he allowed him to construct a fantasy narrative for the press. It was REVEALED during the trial that he had LIED about almost the entire thing. He was NEVER a member of an incel community or ideology. He saw it was the hot thing in the press due to liberal and feminist hysteria and thought he would ride that wave, and did. And continues to do so even though those in the know know it to be a lie! Because the media continue to play up to it like the endlessly lying bastards they are. (You could say he done a good job, as what he got out of Minassian, whether the truth or not, might allow for a successful prosecution; but he did not get to the truth, which is the ethical 'good job'.)
"In the decision, Ontario Superior Court Justice Anne Molloy believed that Minassian seemed to be motivated by the desire for notoriety, and referred to him as "Mr. Doe" so as to avoid giving him further recognition.[1] She wrote, "It is almost impossible to tell when Mr. Doe is lying and when he is telling the truth. Working out his exact motivation for this attack is likewise close to impossible," but that "nevertheless, I am inclined to accept the assessment of all of the experts that Mr. Doe did lie to the police about much of the incel motivation he talked about and that the incel movement was not in fact a primary driving force behind the attack.""
13:28 @XQC, the video cut out, he spoke to his lawyer already. The lawyer advised him not to speak, but that doesn’t mean police must stop questioning. He was given his due process, he consulted with his lawyer, and the cops continued questioning.
I think there’s a lot in play when it comes to this guy, a mixture of his disability and being manipulated by other shit bags online. He is still a misguided danger to society and needs to be contained / supervised 24/7 with these dangerous tendencies

The fact that streamers have to be concerned about TOS when watching youtube videos is beyond me
Twitch TOS are much stricter than RUclips's, you can show pretty much anything on RUclips (including nudity and violence) as long as it's properly classified.
Really? Is it really that beyond you? Welcome to the internet I guess

Cognitive is one of the main causes of violence. yes video games can makes you more violent. porn can. music can. movies can. It's all about you. it doesn't automatically turns you into a violent person. but it can be the reason why you got suddenly violent. we don't born evil we adapt the environment around us.

A reason why he's just admitting to it is that a lot of us with Aspergers have an extremely hard time lying, some of us don't have the ability to do it at all, so even though he's advised by a lawyer not to answer, etc, he can't help but be honest. Lol Xqc is so funny "its incredibly hard to get laid." I'd say yeah if that's your main goal and super focused on only getting laid I think that alone is difficult but getting into a relationship to get to know somebody and building trust will eventually lead to getting laid pretty easily
"its incredibly hard to get laid." - Yeah but not for HIM. He shouldn't even have an opinon on Alek Minassion and Incels altogehter. He isn't short and ugly, so him saying "Its incredibly hard to get laid" is something he hears from other men, not something he ever experienced.

40:30 is the beginning of the best rant ever. I love you bro. And agree. “Deal with it! It is what it is! Improve! And youll get there! Anybody can get there! We can all get there!” 😂 ❤️
@@imjack1041 It actually is true.

Cops can ask as many questions as they want, its up to the individual to stay silent. What they cant do is force or *coerce you into a confession, but if they're asking and you happen to be answering its a-ok.

Like I know how grave the crime was but I have to admit this was the funniest JCS yet, I couldn't hold back during this interview
13:28 @XQC, the video cut out, he spoke to his lawyer already. The lawyer advised him not to speak, but that doesn’t mean police must stop questioning. He was given his due process, he consulted with his lawyer, and the cops continued questioning.
The cop the confronted him was amazing👏
I think there’s a lot in play when it comes to this guy, a mixture of his disability and being manipulated by other shit bags online. He is still a misguided danger to society and needs to be contained / supervised 24/7 with these dangerous tendencies
