ANYONE who owns a 10% or more stake in a publicly traded company is considered an insider or 144 filer and subject to insider trading laws as well as their ownership, trades, positions in said company, etc become public public record. The issue with investing in ANY Chinese company whether it’s via individual equity positions, via a mutual fund, or any other investment vehicle is that China is a very secretive country as it pertains to the public release of information, especially pertaining to any and all relevant matters required to make an informed investment decision. This is the number one reason China is still considered an emerging market even though they have one of the most developed economies in the world.

I don’t think Biden can ever remember what he said two minutes ago let alone remember what he did or didn’t invest in or own, or the fact that he’s even president. I watched that debate. I watched him stumble bumble through unknowing of what debate he’s even at.. let alone the “who’s golf drive” is longer contest, which they made fools of themselves with. Neither Trump or Biden are someone I even want near the White House after that fiasco, I’ve been over Biden, but now, I’m over Trump too.

I don't agree with what the college kid thinks are good accomplishments by Biden. But I totally disagree with what Charlie Kirk thinks Biden *should* do instead.
I guess that's the difference between a libertarian like myself, and a conservative like Charlie.
I agree that Biden is corrupt. But I'm against economic protectionism. And I think it's important to trade with our "enemies". Two nations who engage in alot of commerce never go to war.
