I just watched that play on DVD with a sister in the faith. We watched it this past Saturday.

When you are dealing in the manner that these Pastors do, they know it's a matter of time, before someone goes off. A thief trust no one, because they know they can't be trusted. People sit there and listen to all the unfounded things these people preach and tell them to trust , which he means him then his mission is to steal, kill and destroy. People attend these Ministries to have a sense of serving God and at the same time, still live the UNGODLY lives they refuse to give up.
If you join any religious organization, nowadays; the majority are required to sign a paper/contract, agreeing to their "vision statement" (after attending a couple of introductory classes, explaining their intentions; check your contract, if you signed one). Once signed, the liberty (through the first amendment and by God's grace) to speak on any wrongs performed by the hierarchy in the church has been revoked. Jesus spoke against the church's actions and what was his punishment, death.
@NotYourTypicalNegro I can agree with that, however, if the people won't listen, then all one can do is leave and not look back.
My response is, if the people don't wish to do anything and they are determined to support their pastors direction, then maybe the guy should simply leave? What happened to the days of just leaving and finding another church?

@voiceofelijah2012, you know leaving is one of a few options one has. However, what people who respond as you have seem not to understand is that simply leaving and finding another church DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
The problems of abusive behavior and resistance to the needs/ideas of others must be confronted by someone, otherwise things do not change and tend to only get worse.
In a single word, this is "Stupid". I'm not one to defend bad leadership, bad doctrine, bad...whatever. Particularly when its being done in the name of the LORD, but we can't armchair quarterback every dumb thing going on in these "churches". @TheWordCenterChurch, I merely expressed my opinion, just as you di. That doesn't mean it's an invitation to debate. Contrary to popular belief, I am not interested in arguing with people, and have much better things to do with my time. My focus is to simply educate, admonish, and warn -- as the bible SPECIFICALLY commands.
I agree with you that there are people who want to be deceived. However, I do not believe that is at issue in the matter presented.

The point that I'd like you to understand is that after you get done "praying", there may still be a responsibility to take some ACTION. All throughout scripture, we see God using people to preach truth and confront people with their sins. And in that, The Holy Spirit works to convict and draw people to repentance and to Christ.

@Taaron313 Anytime this much money passes hands, they need to control the people in order to keep the fear they need to keep those funds coming in. When you find Pastors with bodyguards you know, God interest is not his. He knows it takes the fear of man to keep these zombies in control.

My point (which is everywhere in scripture) is not to get mired down in this muck and mud. My friend, remember that the LORD said "let the filthy be filthy still, and let the righteous be righteous still". More could accomplished by prayer than by an other single reaction.

I wonder what your sentiments are now when it comes to church protection and carrying firearms? Please don't tell me it was because they made someone made. Twelve churches burned down by terrorist arson in a weeks time after the Charleston, SC incident.
It seems you were 'fed up' with how you were treated in your church and what you experienced. I never have heard you say anything uplifting or encouraging to your viewers. I know you feel like you have a mission to 'expose' churches but all churches are not bad. There are bad apples in the bunch but you do not give anyone hope and I have to question your real motive.
I do not see you expose Muslim mosque or Jewish Temples? Is this only going on in your 'christian' churches or is this the easy target for you? Wonder why
Its like someone who is displease on how an organisation runs and he leaves a comment about their experience. Then there are some who have it out for a group and do everything to discredit or rear down the reputation.
What was it that happened for you to dedicate your life and time to this?
What do you think the Lord will say on your day of judgement? "Good job exposing the church son". How about after you expose, try to show someone how to live right or approach a situation like a reasonable adult if they are not happy with it. Anyone can complain and whine behind a computer. Don't miss the mark of what your purpose is my friend.
