I worked with liquid steel for 29 years. One melt 350 tons. The plant produces about 10 million tons of steel per year. In case of danger, always run to the safe side and only then look back at what happened. Sometimes when going to work, an inner voice tells you that something is going to happen at work today... And it does. This is called intuition based on vast experience. At work, like a pilot in a dogfight, you must constantly turn your head and constantly monitor the situation around you. Greetings from Russia

The imagination that goes into inventing the machines of modern industry is amazing. I would rather tour a modern factory to see the ingenuity of machines, computers creating products then a modern art gallery where an abstract artist can't put two brush strokes together that makes any sense.

Thank you for this nice video. I live in 300 km far away from Chelyabinsk Pipe Factory and have never seen how pipes are made. However, steel production process is shown well, I can confirm, as one of the biggest Russian Steel production plants is located in 20 minutes from my home and I worked there for 9 long years :-)
Quite strange, why you tell about big diameter pipes, but showed cold rolling, hot dip galvanizing and coating production, instead of hot rolling mill, which produces plates at width of 5000 mm and length 10-20 meters!
That hot rolling mill which was showed is absolutely different to that, which produces raw material for big-size pipe production.
By the way, these tubes are used for Nord Stream, which was exploded.

I can tell you most of the workers are wearing their silver protection clothes just for the camera. 15 years ago i was a shunting locomotive driver in a big yard. Once a week we had to bring a torpedo shaped railway waggon filled with molten steel to the factory. We had to position the waggon in their hall. Then a worker came, opened the top, and took a sample with a lance like device. While wearing an armless t-shirt or even underwear. Sparks were hitting his chest..no big deal..Then the steel was tilted in the furnace. That was great to watch. So we used to stay and watch the process even though we were expected at the yard for other work 😂

A powerful mining industry makes high-quality steel, which is sent to Germany, where high-quality steel sheets are produced, which are then exported back to Russia.
The benefits of access to resources and cheap energy combined with German labor and technology results in a quality product at a reasonable price.

So is this German steel mill still in production now that Germany had deindustrialized itself with the destruction of the Nord Stream Natural Gas pipeline by the United States?

I thought this was a German factory. Why are all the employees Middle Eastern? Are they cheaper and expendable? Where is the safety equipment?

Hello Ivan! Considering the fact that your megalomaniac Mafia boss broke his delivery obligations long before NS1 and 2 were sabotaged, it seems a bit weird implying Germany should be in unsolved trouble ...
