Of all the Kages at that time she cracked Madara's Susanoo with her strength, healed a lot of people, fought in the war for hours then got torn in half but still made herself summon Katsuyu and keep working. A lot of people underestimate her. But she proves she earned her name as a Sannin. A Senju with Uzumaki blood. She doesnt give up even on her last legs. May have lost her way in between but her hope which was relit by Naruto burned ever so brightly. Hell in this scene she didnt even loose her henge despite being exhausted when in fight against pain she lost it. That means she has been training after recovering inbetween Pains attack and the war. If Kishimoto hadnt been such a bad qirter of female characters and bad utilizer of using existing characters to thier potential, Tsunade, Anko, Kurenai, Temari, Hinata, Sakura, Tenten and a lot more other characters would have been utilised a lot more to make good plot.
Nobody ever talks about this, but she was able to fight for half a day and healing everybody on the battlefield over and over and over again been hit by so many of madara attacks and stabbed by a susanoo sword twice with two mini ones in her stomach while still fighting healing everybody on the battlefield once again getting cut in half , still healing herself ever so slightly and still able to summon katsuyu what was supposed to be her dying moments just to keep the others alive long enough for help to arrive , Girl was still kickin 😳🤯🥹That’s insane. I also wanna know how she was splitting in half that would be really interesting
To think that she only possessed chakra she accumulated after Pain’s Invasion. It makes we wonder exactly how much chakra she had during Pain’s attack, and how she used to protect the village. I mean, both Pain and Tsunade used jutsus that are so chakra taxing that it both shortened their lives, and to think that both of them are descendants of the Uzumaki Clan.

For me, Tsunade is really the best. You could say that Sakura surpassed her in Strength. But, I will never believe that Sakura surpassed her in Medical Field. The strongest sannin? Due to her brute strenght yes, but feat wise? Orochimaru can summon strongest kages and defeat her 💀 Jiraiya can enter sage mode and it makes him faster, stronger. He has "more" chakra as long as the sage toads absorb nature chakra for him. Jiraiya and the toads can trap her under genjutsu and cut her head off.

You stated that jiraya can go into sage mode and with it having more chakra than Tsunade, more strength and speed. Wrong jirayas sage mode is incomplete to begin with and he needs help from 2 toads to help him maintain the balance between his chakra and the nature energy as well as to use certain jutsus. Jutsus that still consume chakra which he has to maintain in balance with the nature energy to stay in sage mode. So as I believe I said it before, Tsunade would win in both scenarios vs jiraya or vs oroshimaru. About the genjutsu and jiraya, I know what the toads genjutsu does and how it works, I know that it needs time to be prepared which can be easily interrupt, in open spaces doesn't work that well since the sounds doesn't resonate and can be dodge or blocked much easier and lastly in the end it is still a genjutsu and it still works by disrupting the chakra and an ninja with a good chakra control can break free of an genjutsu as well as not being putted under a genjutsu saying that Tsunade can break free of week genjutsu is crazy 😂. Again for a genjutsu to work it needs to disrupt the chakra flow of the opponent. Through visual or sound or any other type of genjutsu it's still the same base. And medical ninjas like Tsunade or Sakura that have a perfect chakra control can't be easily trapped in genjutsus much less an genjutsu that makes the user vulnerable to a tone shit of things ... Jiraya would have to go into defense mode, keep his chakra and nature force under control and avoid the toads song to be interrupted or stop harmonizing. Not only does it take time to prepare that genjutsu, but it also has huge draw backs, if he manages to pull out that genjutsu it can work but also depending on the environment he is in cause an open wide field would make it much harder for it to land and much easier for it to be Dodged . Not to mention that cannot be used continually for too long or even more than a few times. As much as that genjutsu is strong, it is also very easy to counter when you know how it works . The same goes for oroshimaru and his Edo tensei as strong as that jutsu is, there a bunch of drawbacks, from being easily stopped either sealing them back or just stop the summoning before it happens or by focusing on maintaining the Edo or just simply the ninjas summoned if strong enough can just simply not obey ... But let's face it the 3 sannin know each other like the palm of their hands . So again sorry to tell you on a 1x1 vs those 2 Tsunade is not being killed. Jiraiya can enter sage mode and it makes him faster, stronger. He has "more" chakra as long as the sage toads absorb nature chakra for him.
Jiraiya and the toads can trap her under genjutsu and cut her head off.

Let's break this down shall we ?
You stated that jiraya can go into sage mode and with it having more chakra than Tsunade, more strength and speed. Wrong jirayas sage mode is incomplete to begin with and he needs help from 2 toads to help him maintain the balance between his chakra and the nature energy as well as to use certain jutsus. Jutsus that still consume chakra which he has to maintain in balance with the nature energy to stay in sage mode. Also to regain energy he needs to stay still so no sage mode not only doesn't last long enough to overcome Tsunades chakra but it doesn't give jiraya more chakra than Tsunades.
Second point you've stated that jiraya can put her under a genjutsu and cut her head off.
Lets remember that Tsunade chakra control is absurd and she is not dumb and knows jirayas skills, with that being said what makes u think she could be put under a genjutsu and not easily come out?
Genjutsu is nothing more than you disrupting your opponent's chakra especially around the head.
You really believe that she could be put under a genjutsu? Babe you are too optimistic, not only she has byakugo on her forehead, but she has absolute control over her chakra if she gets under a genjutsu for some miracle reason, she can easily get out of it.
About cutting her head off bigger monsters than jiraya have tried to kill her with bigger things and she tank it like it was nothing ( aka Madara susanoos swords ) .
So as I believe I said it before, Tsunade would win in both scenarios vs jiraya or vs oroshimaru.
Not necessarily because she would beat them to death ( the 3 sannin were stated to be more and less at the same level of power ), but she is undeniably the one with the most chakra reserves ( even without byakugo ) she's an uzumaki and senju, and she's is simply unlikable on a 1x1 . There is literally nothing that jiraya or oroshimaru could throw at her that she can't tank . And I haven't even touched the strongest out of the 3 sannins summoning aka lady katsuya another sort of a shield, healer and offensive skill that Tsunade have.
But yeah in the end on a 1x1 vs Tsunade you either have more chakra then her or you can't win.

2. Yes of course Orochimaru can summon strong shinobi. She simply cannot win against Nagato. One big chibaku tensei and she's over. That's only one person. He could summon MORE powerful ninja.
3. And yes, Jiraiya can PUT her under genjutsu. What the heck do you think she is? She can handle basic genjutsu, but against Toad genjutsu she's NOTHING. Toad genjutsu simply shut down your brain. You simply can't do anything. As long as you still hear the sound that they create, you can't do anything. Why the hell do you think Nagato can't release his other paths from genjutsu? Although he can transfer chakra, change the flow of the chakra, the genjutsu is too powerful. Same like Izanami from Uchiha, Kotomatsukami and Tsukuyomi. It's almost unbreakable.
She has MASSIVE CHAKRA yes, but healing fatal injury and regeneration take too much chakra like she said it herself.

All those situations you mentioned that she almost died, she has one major draw back, she has someone to protect and heal. Pain she literally saved everyone in the village from die to the shinra tensei and healed everyone after that.

Second point Madara, she have other 4 kages to heal, she got her body split in 2, she got stabbed by swords bigger than her many times and she still survived healed herself and the other kages and beat down t perfect susanoos.
This fight was against Edo Madara with hashirama cells so not only he could not be killed but he also has more chakra so again you are just proving what I said. Not to mention at the end she was alive healing everyone even with half of her body god knows where lol. And yes she got help from oroshimaru at the end proving absolutely nothing about 1x1 that we are talking about.
Then you also talked about the time oroshimaru stab her with a sword ... The time she had blood phobia, and the blood would make her useless . But she was not nearly dead I mean, just read again or go watch again the fight vs Madara, that sword oroshimaru used wouldn't do shit unless she doesn't want to heal herself.
With that being said we can agree that she is nearly unlikeable unless you have more chakra.
Moving to the next point.
Oroshimaru can summon strong Shinobi, being those the 4 kages and Raza . Cause those are the only ones he have been proven he could summon. Nagato is not on the list, he couldn't even get close to him and when he died he got taken by konan and then by Obito.
So again oroshimaru can summon whatever he wants he can't win not only he runs out of chakra before, but Tsunade can use fuinjutsus so Edo tensei can be breakthrough.
But again I state the same way he can't kill her I feel like she can kill him either cause he always has a way to flee .
About the genjutsu and jiraya, I know what the toads genjutsu does and how it works, I know that it needs time to be prepared which can be easily interrupt, in open spaces doesn't work that well since the sounds doesn't resonate and can be dodge or blocked much easier and lastly in the end it is still a genjutsu and it still works by disrupting the chakra and an ninja with a good chakra control can break free of an genjutsu as well as not being putted under a genjutsu saying that Tsunade can break free of week genjutsu is crazy 😂.
Again for a genjutsu to work it needs to disrupt the chakra flow of the opponent. Through visual or sound or any other type of genjutsu it's still the same base.
And medical ninjas like Tsunade or Sakura that have a perfect chakra control can't be easily trapped in genjutsus much less an genjutsu that makes the user vulnerable to a tone shit of things ... Jiraya would have to go into defense mode, keep his chakra and nature force under control and avoid the toads song to be interrupted or stop harmonizing.
Not only does it take time to prepare that genjutsu, but it also has huge draw backs, if he manages to pull out that genjutsu it can work but also depending on the environment he is in cause an open wide field would make it much harder for it to land and much easier for it to be Dodged . Not to mention that cannot be used continually for too long or even more than a few times.
As much as that genjutsu is strong, it is also very easy to counter when you know how it works .
The same goes for oroshimaru and his Edo tensei as strong as that jutsu is, there a bunch of drawbacks, from being easily stopped either sealing them back or just stop the summoning before it happens or by focusing on maintaining the Edo or just simply the ninjas summoned if strong enough can just simply not obey ...
But let's face it the 3 sannin know each other like the palm of their hands .
So again sorry to tell you on a 1x1 vs those 2 Tsunade is not being killed.
If you have other factors from outside like someone to protect or heal yes the other 2 might have the upper hand otherwise if she is only focusing on herself in that battle 😂sorry but yeah ... Deal with it

And what exactly she's going to do even if Nagato wasn't there? What is she going to do against 4 Kages? And fuinjutsu? What exactly her fuinjutsu that can defeat edo tensei? Since she didn't even show to have any of it. 3rd Hokage, Jiraiya, Kakashi can't even remove curse mark from Orochimaru, let alone Tsunade with Edo Tensei 💀 Since 3rd Hokage, Master almost all jutsu didn't even have choice but to sacrifice himself lol. Tsunade will end up running out chakra against those powerful kages.
Orochimaru can SUMMON all other kages if wanted to. Kabuto just had enough time to PREPARE and collect more DNA, that's the point. For someone genius like Orochimaru, it's not impossible.
And you didn't know how genjutsu works lol. Having perfect chakra control is only able to break basic genjutsu but NOT a strong one.
Like Kotomatsukami didn't affect chakra flow but instead it affect brain. That's why when Danzo uses Kotomatsukami on Mifune, the only way to break the genjutsu is when Ao told him that he falls under genjutsu. He didn't disrupt Mifune's chakra flow cause he can't.
And when you got your brain SHUT DOWN by genjutsu, it's hard to control your chakra. So your point is useless. i know it takes a long time for The toads to cast Genjutsu, and for someone like Tsunade she can't interrupt that genjutsu EASILY. Because Jiraiya can summon many toads to fight alongside with him. "It cannot be used continually for too long" well they don't have to. As soon as she started to fall under genjutsu they can cut her head off.
