    the 2 cups of bread flour and 1 cup of water is that a correct ratio?

    • @mywaytocook.foodblog
      @mywaytocook.foodblog  Год назад +1

      Hi Jel, this is the ratio I follow. The ratio can be changed due to flour type. My suggestion starts kneading by slowly adding the water, and stop when you achieve the desired consistency. Let me know if this works.

      Thank you Nosheen. I am trying to be more consistent in uploading the videos. There are many recipes I want to share. I am working mom, so most of the time my schedule govern by the other priorities. But I know it is all excuses. I am working on it. I am sure the more I do share the recipes the more followers I will have. You in a way reminded me to do better. 😊 thank you for that.

    What if we use normal flour ?

    • @mywaytocook.foodblog
      @mywaytocook.foodblog  2 года назад +2

      Should be fine , just see the flour raise enough and you may need to monitor the bread first time so that it won’t bake too much. M advise to spray little water inside the oven before baking the bread.

      @@mywaytocook.foodblog thank you will bake as advised and let you know :)

    You did not measure the oil correctly, each tablespoon was only filled 3/4 of the way, you don’t have 4 tablespoons in there

    • @mywaytocook.foodblog
      @mywaytocook.foodblog  Месяц назад

      @@edelealexander2789 yes it is correct measure. Many have tried this recipe and got the same result. Please try. I suggest you measure oil separately and see if it making sense to add that much.

      Hi here is the link where I have posted step by step recipe and metric mywaytocook.com/2012/07/17/italian-parmesan-oregano-bread/

    • @cyberfunk3793
      @cyberfunk3793 2 года назад

      @@mywaytocook.foodblog The recipy in the link is not in metric, cup is not a metric unit nor is teaspoon or tablespoon. The video description says 1 tablespoon of sugar while video says 1 teaspoon of sugar. Also description says 1 tablespoon of salt which is probably an error as it's about 3 days worth of how much a person needs.

    instead of yeast what can i use

    • @mywaytocook.foodblog
      @mywaytocook.foodblog  2 года назад

      Hi, instead of powder yeast you can use homemade sour dough. But frankly I never tried a bread without yeast. But if I get any recipe I will share across.

    I noticed that you have 1 tablespoon of salt in recipe but in the video you never add salt what's up with that?

    • @mywaytocook.foodblog
      @mywaytocook.foodblog  2 года назад

      Thank you for pointing out. Please add one teaspoon of salt or as per your taste. But it is completely optional.
