i have to agree and it's well made as well for a newer desktop computer not so sure i can the same thing about today stuff because it's getting worse nowadays but glad to see you got it cleaned out and it's ready to be used , good video bro and i enjoyed it
This is funny. I work for a guy who sells computer parts, and pretty much what I do is pull apart computers and clean and sort the parts (RAM, CPU, Motherboards, HDD, PSU, Caddies and such) just earlier today I took apart 40 of these exact machines. I will agree that these are quite descent machines for what they are. One thing I did find interesting is that (at least the ones I was pulling apart) had Bestec made power supplies, which were the ones known to cause issues in Emachines computers back in the day, and they used them in HP and Dell machines as well and they were known for being poor quality. I was surprised to see such components used in a machine made this late, especially in a business oriented machine. Yours appears to have the 80 plus gold power supply, so I doubt that is one of the Bestec made units, most likely a Delta or Liteon made unit.
Hey. We just bought one of these for $100 cdn. I’m looking at what I can do to upgrade it. The manual I found says it supports up to 16gb ram. For the GPU it says integrated, optional AMD Radeon R7 A265. Does that mean I can switch it out, or was it it an option when you bought it? Thanks

Are the Bestec ones still junk? I know they were horrible during the 2000s. The Delta equipment seems generally satisfactory.
