My doctor (Canada) recommended Magnesium 400mg and Riboflavin (B2) 400mg per day -- the first two you showed 👍

b2 needs to be 400 mg for migraine prevention. Thorne is a really good brand, but contains 36.5 mg. “Seeking health” has 400 mg in case u wanna try. There might be better brands available. John hopkins and British association for study in headache says 400 mg- 600 mg of magnesium and 400 mg of b2 for migraine if at all it works for someone. Give atleast 2 months to see if it works. Did u try the correct dosage?

Hi. I tend to take a bit under the recommended dosages so I do overdo it. Thanks for the brand-recommendatons!

Hey Matt. Thank you once again for the video. I remember commenting talking about how bad I’ve been. But things have really turned around. Although I have lightheaded and dizzy sensations I feel that I able to deal with more effectively and more importantly get on with my day to day life and even job.
I’ve been taking multivitamins. B complex a normal Mg supplement (but I’ll try the glycinate). And the vitamin D2 as well.
Once I’d recommend based on the research I’ve done is ginger supplements. It’s food for dizziness as well as other things.

That's excellent news, my friend. Yes, I'd heard something about ginger - so good call!

Hi Matt! Tried to find you on Instagram but didn’t work... I couldn’t find your account name

Please don't take more than 1,000IU of D3 per day. It actually remains in your system for longer so you could take it every other day

I feel sensitive whatever I take. Every supplement-vitamin b12, b2, magnesium, coq10, black seed oil, and other medications- made me worse. Or it is just in the beginning?
