They're often misunderstood by the society these days. At school we're told to speak up, make lots of friends, at work we're forced to collaborate in groups in an open office environment which is just exhausting and kills our creativity and drains our energy. Would recommend book called Quiet. I wholeheartedly believe that introverts have a gift, they just need to learn how to use it. World need both introverts and extroverts.
