I bought the watch after seeing your video. I have 9 other watches 3 of them some kind of on the more expensive side and more refined. but I keep coming back to this watch almost every day. This is such an amazing time piece. I just can’t stop looking at it every day and keep falling in love more and more. The cyclops awsome. The bracelet amazing and so comfortable. I didnt like any Seiko 5 before. Mostly because I didnt like how the day date looks. But only the date, and with a cyclops. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I haven’t had a mechanical watch since some Diesel watch in like 2003. Then smartwatches and fitness trackers took over. But my dad just recently handed down a Tag Heuer 6000 series from the 90s to me. He just created a watch monster. My wife is trying to tame the beast. “Are you looking at watches again!?!” LOL I just picked up a SSK001 too!

i will be getting the ssk003 for myself soon... once a chill out of the current financial pit i am in ... but i always come out before i dig another and when i do i wll be getting the ssk003 for myself
I have 6 inch wrist and found the clasp too long for my wrist. Taking out same links from both sides will end up with a an ugly angle at the 12h side. I had to remove more links in the 6h side, and with my wrist size I had to remove almost all links, it kinda fit better this way but not completely satisfied. Did not have this problem with the alpinist miltat clasp.
oof. I just bought a 3rd party bracelet from Marc at Long Island Watch for my SKX and the last seems smaller than the factory Seiko bracelet. Maybe give that a shot to see if it works out better for ya.
Hey, I like this; this is different from the majority of the watch content I see. Conversational instead of "spec-sheet-ing" it, not too fast and over-edited. Creative ending a huge plus.
