I wish someone would make a super high-quality controller that has all the mounting points on it to basically become a Nvidia Shield portable it would have to be wider than that thing but if you could fit the switch tablet on top of it no joycons needed of course and then have it still have a hinge so it can fold closed and everything that would be awesome.

I have an 8bitdo SN30 Pro+ that I use for my PC and phone for a while now along with the phone clip and I'm planning to buy a Switch Lite soon. I was using it on my phone earlier when a question suddenly hit me, "would a Switch Lite fit on this thing?". Your video definitely cleared my doubts. 💯

I pretty much only use my Switch’s handheld mode for slow turn-based RPGs. A controller that doesn’t constantly slide off during more intense gameplay would be ideal.

When you said rumble you had me sold. I'm getting this combo :D I'll DIY a more secure fit on the clips, just need a way to output the audio to bluetooth via headphone jack now. Or figure a way to connect the USBC audio adapter to 3.5.

It came from a box have you heard that the pixel 4 can scan your face when your eyes are closed and google don't have a ultra wide camera but still pixel phones are still nice because of the cameras and other feature I'm not trying to make fun of Google I'm just letting you know
@@portalmaster1685 Yeah but you can also scan someones finger print when they're asleep xD I'd prefer ultra wide over telephoto as well but at that point is comes down to preference! I'm a Google nerd so I like their hardware but it doesn't mean it's the best out there :D It just provides a better Android experience than most! :D

blocks off the charger port, sometimes when im at home i like to leave it hooked up to the charger when i play.. but i guess its better than nothing, once the sticks start to drift then you're screwed, at least this is a solution
Got the same controller, and I've gotta say I wish I bought the model without the grips cause I noticed the joystick on the right feels odd, like straight up acts as if it's top right in movement. Getting used to it is doable, but when you use the joycons again you get the same issue having gotten used to the grips. Anyone else had the same experience? Maybe own both the grip and gripless variants?

I'm having trouble with the controller working for 3d all-stars on my switch lite. Works only for sunshine, no 64 or galaxy. On my regular switch it work fine on all 3 games, with or without the joycons being attached.
I like this so much I have the switch v1 and a pro controller I don't have a Dock should I buy the hori multiport usb playstand or should I buy a Dock also is there a pro controller clip
Got both, my OG Switch is now my secondary device and stays docked all the time. Have used my Lite a LOT more than I ever used the OG on the Go due to difference in size and weight.
@@MartellThaCool well, since the Lite has integrated joycons, much sturdier. My OG creaked and I was always worried that I'd break the Joycons. It's easier to hold, not as fatiguing as the OG due to being really lightweight and smaller. The D-Pad also makes a difference, much nicer to use. The screen also feels crisper than the OG screen. Battery is a little better, but not by much on graphic intensive software. And the color (turquoise) really pops, really matte finish, not much smudges yet. However you have to compromise - no more tabletop gaming in the bar on Mario Kart 8 with friends while waiting for the drinks to arrive. But since it is so much more portable, it now really goes everywhere I go. Netflix on the tv - bring the switch with me to the couch. Car trips - stash it in my bag. I have a lil' toddler, sleeps a lot in the car. When the kid's asleep (usually takes 10-15 mins) and we arrive at our destionation, the wife goes and does her thing, I stay in the car and get extra gaming time in (currently Fire Emblem Three Houses 3rd playthrough - total of 245h). Would never have invested that much time with a less portable console. Every minute counts, particularly when you're a gamer with a kid. To increase the experience even further for longer play sessions, I just ordered a Satisfye gaming grip. Have one for the OG, love it. But since the OG is so heavy it starts to wear on my arms after 1-2h. Shouldn't be a problem with the lite since it's so much lighter. All around, the best portable I owned in my life (including the OG Game Boy, the Nintendo DSi and the PS Vita - which I also love dearly).
So if you game a lot on your switch already but would like something even more portable and can spend the extra cash on it (don't forget the extra cost for a tempered glass, an SD Card - preferrably the same size as you big Switch, and the Nintendo Online subscription for your save games), then go ahead. 5/5 star reccomendation from my part.

Imagine a Head mount for the switch lite so it stayed in front of your head (about maybe 25cm away). You could use a bluetooth controller like the sn30pro+ lmao. #roadto100k
I want the same, I've been waiting for it for a long time since my joycon are so terrible with the drift problem, it's ok as I've the 8bitdo pro and the Switch Pro Controller but when on handled mode is a pain to clean every 8 to 5 days the joycon to work

The switch lite is a light console, the controller is very comfortable to hold...this turns out to be a perfect combination. I must give it a try.
