Bono has one of the best voices EVER. He is truly a legend. You can tell he is getting older, but his voice is still fantastic, and the age only adds more character to his voice. Reeve Carney is pretty good too..would like to hear more from him.

F**king hell, that's terrible - I stumbled across this by accident thinking that something that two of the U2 frontman might be involved in might be half decent. What the hell were Bono & Edge thinking? Leave Spiderman as a bloody children's cartoon - stick to grown up music please U2! This is hideous and I only hope it pays a lot because otherwise there's not a whole lot else going for it.
They all sound the same... that's kinda the point. In fact, many of you would be shocked how much the edge sounds just like Bono when he sings his part. Also, you have to realize this was tracked for TV, meaning the emphasis is in all the wrong places and it sounds 100 times better there so it's a poor medium for judgement. If you didnt know someone else was on the stage, and this just came on the radio, you would swear Bono sang the whole thing.

Their tour is the most lucrative of all time and they are the highest earning musical act in the world today. That does give good evidence that the band is great. I know I won't be able to dissuade you of your opinion, but more people love U2 than any other band in the world today. And that says it all.

Bono and U2 have done a lot to advance this "poor boys" career. Suffice it to say, Reeve Carney is no "poor boy".

Mind you, this performance came right after a U2 show in SLC, so that explains his sounding somewhat strained/tired.

It's all good. It's U2. And Bono is the best frontman out there. No one tops his charisma (have you ever seen U2 in concert; it's an unforgettable experience) but Reeve Carney has a good voice.
