I started intermittent fasting journey (18 hours fasting, 6 hours of eating window) for over a month and lost 10 kgs in the first 30 days. From last 5 days, I moved to OMAD diet where I started eating only once. I don't feel hunger pangs but I sometimes feel headaches, then I consume a pinch of pink salt in water. Hello Mam, It is my first comment. I don't do it generally. I lost 38 kgs using OMAD.It's been 3 years plus I do this as a routine. I usually teach people in general about these (it is not my profession). Please understand What exactly OMAD does? About Insulin, Ketosis and Why OMAD is called Warrior Diet. It is as simple as that if you eat once meaning only once remaining time it is strictly only water, green tea (without sugar or milk), Black coffee or any drinks that doesn't make insulin spike. Regarding that meal it is hard to eat so much at once time, But try to make it in two hours like slowly. Regarding eating veggis to eat first or apple cider vinegar why? becuase of insulin spike will reduce 30% and if you want to eat sweet then eat at the end of the meal (depends on your calorie count). If any one want to switch start with decreasing breakfast or skipping making two meals then one meal. Happy to support 🙂

I really like the way how you explain clearly and what I appreciate is that you don’t promote as if that’s the only way to follow or it’s the only correct way. However, as a doctor, want to suggest something. Fasting should be different for men and women. In women, fasting should be as per the time of the monthly cycle. Please do look into it.
@@Ashtrixx during the first 4-5 days of the cycle - no fasting more than 12-13 hours. Then from 6-14 days, woman’s body can take more rigorous fasting intervals including 24, 48 or more fasting, then in the second half of the cycle, one should keep reducing the intensity of fasting period and gradually bring down to 12-13 hours. This way hormones get balanced and produce more consistent results. Highly recommended book to understand the metabolism and fasting in women is ‘Fast like a girl’ by Dr. Mindy Pelz. There are lot of RUclips videos and podcasts by her if you are interested. I hope this helps.

But u should add atleast a bit of salt...becoz some amount of sodium is requires for the body
Our 1 meal includes salt , less than a teaspoon - this is the daily requirement & we are getting it from one meal that we eat 👍🏼
