That's great about Pokemon Infinite Fusion: little fish would evolve after only a few repeated battles. NPC trainers get XP from fighting you. No more splash, at least.

magikarp has a dex about this, no? trash but the dedicated trainers are rewarded? can splash over mountains? dude is stuck on route 1 by choice
Pretty sure he's stuck on Route 1 by programming.
Why would you use Hyper Beam on the Magikarp??? The recharge turn makes it so bad. Use Extreme Speed or Dragon Ascent instead.
But he only has one Pokémon and Hyper Beam is guaranteed to OHKO. There's no recharge turn to worry about.
