Looks like a cool place. What an adventure I always like the way you edit and take us along and I might even learn a thing or two loving the new content Well done! I like the honest review.
My kids spent multiple days there, in their "Landy", and the lake was their favourite as well. I think they should have plied you with a case of "Crownies" to make you enjoy the bus 😂
Wow!!! I think a full year in the Land down under would most likely do it for seeing everything! Love the boat ride! Fraser Island looks great!!! You two are having a blast!! Love the bus tour view! Haha
Hello are you all sun burned yet even with the sun screen? Any way liked your talk of the island and the ship wreck as well nice to hear the pro's and cons cons that's right Australia started out as a penal colony anyway still nice you took the tour at least once you will have those last memories ,🏆🤔❤️
Looks like a beautiful place!...can you do a self-guided tour of the island? If I were to ever go there...not sure I'd be a fan of that tour either!...thanks for sharing...stay safe out there!!😎👍🤙👍🤙🇨🇦
Hey guys, I’ve been to Fraser Island twice and you need about a week to see it properly and you definitely need a 4x4, there’s lots more lakes to explore and the northern part of the island is spectacular, hope you get a chance to go back and see it properly
Oooo cool! This is where I live! (Hervey Bay) I've never had to endure the 9 hour bus tour thankfully. Glad you got to see the sights though. It's a deceivingly big island... you'd definitely want to take a week (and a 4WD) to see it all. For next time 😉 Safe travels
Her eyes Bay is such a nice place ! We spent 3 days there close to that pier area. Loved it. Next time we go there for sure rent a 4x4 and tour ourselves for a few days. Would love to get back to HB someday.
There used to be a few bus operators on Fraser. Not sure if that is still the case. But It is the best way to see the island if you only have a day and do not have a 4WD. Its been a long time since i have been there and definitely want to go there again sometime soon.
We only saw one while we were there. Maybe there is more. When we search online we found 3 but when we called all 3 , they went to the same person. Haha. Mass marketing I guess
Surprised you did not hire a 4X4 Fraser is my old stomping ground One does need to be careful on the beach to avoid traffic, which is a crying shame. It used to be much much more restricted with limited services Did you go up to the coloured sands ? or the sand slide ?
Thats what we should have done...we did not no much about the island before we went. Next time, the 4x4 hire for sure ! No they didnt take us to either of those...too bad, sounds nice thanks for watching
It sounds a bit like the bus tours we have here that are set up for the Asian tourists. They try to cram in too much per day so bragging rights of how much was seen can be claimed. Some of the bus tours I have encountered are touring in a day what I would spend three days minimum as a tourist, with 10 minute selfie stops where I would spend an hour or two. However sometimes that "overview" bus tour can be a great way to get acquainted with the attraction for further exploration on your own. A great video as always!
I don't think I could handle the bus ride, either. Never been there, ya showed some awesome spots. Do you know that Frazer Island has had an official name change, recently...very recently, , to K'gari. Good one, guys. Cheers
Ya, they told us about the history behind K’gari but everyone I know who has been to Australia calls is Fraser Island. Old habits. Great place but next time we’ll do it a bit different
An amazing journey to parts of the world that I would never have know if not for you. Fantastic job, Craig and Lucinda!
Thanks for following along Eric !
What a great adventure day out to the island and the beach. Nice. Great tour and very informative.
Thanks
Next time we go, we would do the island much different
lol. This confirms the old adage...... "If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself".
Thats 1000% for sure !!!
Really beautiful sharing ❤❤
Than you
Thanks for leaving the comment, we appreciate it !

Yes, you can rent places there and use a 4x4 to tour around. We would do that next time.
Cheers

Ya I was thinking the same thing when we were there. Haha. Seen many of those buses in the Rockies
I don't think I could handle the bus ride, either. Never been there, ya showed some awesome spots. Do you know that Frazer Island has had an official name change, recently...very recently, , to K'gari. Good one, guys. Cheers

Another place I've never been.
it is super nice there ! ...just maybe a different plan
I am not a bus guy either. Too many people. Thanks for sharing.
I agree !!! I’m too young to be a bus guy. Haha.
Wow, that’s a lot of traffic for a protected area.
Unreal !! and it was off season !
I don't think I'd enjoy the bus ride much either (at 6'3")
haha for sure !!
Yeah, ya gotta get better value for money than that… 7 hours on the bus!
