I’ve owned almost 10 Teslas now, several being the Y and it’s still my fav but I have my own list. 1. Bring back Ultrasonic sensors. 2. Motorized frunk should be standard as I never used it until I installed it. 3. Cooling seats. 4. Better paint & trim that doesn’t easily crack or stain. 5. Steering wheel cluster 6. Pano roof motorized curtain. 7. Larger screen with tilt 8. Ambient lighting options 9. An actual app for watches 10. Keep the stalk. I can’t stand having to swipe the screen. 11. Air suspension How bout have a lower barebones Y since it’s a race to how cheap they can get it and also offer a premium Y that is actually fully loaded. Much like an iPhone they all look the same inside & out aside from a few color choices.
I don’t have any problem with rear visibility. The side mirrors are excellent and for me there are no blind spots. I’m used to towing a trailer which blocks the back window so moving to a MY isn’t a problem. Yes the rear window could be made bigger but without that it’s just a matter of using the side mirrors appropriately.
I totally agree, and if you really want to see everything behind you , just turn on the the rear vieuw camera as you can see in this video. A lt of reviewers keep nagging about the build quality I have a Berlin produced Y perf. Nothing wrong with it. And yes the suspension is direct, but you can expect this I think.
I find the cabin climate controls confusing and frustrating. Why can the screen not show the 3 knobs which have been standard for decades. Also the seat belt receiver is too short. Another inch would make it much easier to engage. Otherwise I love it!

Once the complete “ Juniper” restyled Model Y is released based on the new Model 3 “ Highland” it will be far and away the best all around Tesla ..

@@robdevent6080 yes, mine is from Shanghai and the quality is fine! Must just be the US cars?
My new 23 YLR seems to wander. What settings do I need to change to keep it from wandering.
when will there be a restyling like 3?
Supposed to be in late 2024 per rumors of people who leaked correct highland info.
China already got a few Y updates though last month. 👍🏻

I test drove a model y yesterday. The lack of a blind spot alert and home link is just ridiculous.
If you use your turn signal you won’t have an issue
I think a design flaw is that there is no way to get heat to blow on my legs/feet. It blows in my face and can get uncomfortable.
It is in manual mode.
Thanks for responding to me. I will check it out when I drive next time.@@shashank8590
