If Justin had cared that much, he would’ve been in the studio.
You cant win in that condition though. All the new writers are bascially loyale to harmon and eachother. And of the two harmon had way more connections with the upper brass.
Honestly, say whatever you want about Justin Roiland but he wasn't wrong.
The show has been definitely very different (worse) since right around season 3 and you definitely feel it from the writers.
Watch the first episode of the new season, it does not feel the same at all. Justin was right, Harmon was wrong pure and simple.
Justin was worried the show was being taken away from him... huh... now there's a headscratcher
The new season isn’t on Hulu anymore where is it?
Outside of seasons 1&2 Rick and Morty is the most inconsistent show ever created in terms of quality
It's weird how people have such a hard time with that and act like it's the most controversial ridiculous statement ever.
It's factual and the fact that the writers were all gone and and or switched completely by season 3 tells you everything. The last three seasons have not been great and have been inconsistent if not downright awful more than not.
That’s not what Justin wanted. The show was his baby and for Dan it is just another popular show. Justin was the heart and soul of this show and it is very evident now that he’s gone.
Dead show, Justin was the reason the show was so great in the first place. No voice actor is gonna replicate his sense of humor, timing, or style.
Wow, this just made me realise that the new season must be full of super passive aggressive references
Now Morty sounds sounds like a 30 year old with a permanently cracked scratchy voice
Rick sounds weird but morty sounds the EXACT same
@@barghest94 nah morty voice annoying asf now ngl
the problem is clearly harmon. this happens on every show he works on.
Rebecca and Harmon should make their own show
id rather new rick and Morty to a show written by a convicted domestic abuser
@@pbaguehe wasn’t convicted though the case was dropped because of insufficient evidence
@@Vpg001who'd you mean by Rebecca?
@@pbagueyou say convicted when the charges were dropped 💀💀 I think you meant alleged
Was fun while it lasted
Should have done it like McFarlane. The dude is the main part of his shows. And can't be separated
Justin will always be the Rickest Rick
Well, he got half of what he was aiming for.
Dan a legendary friend fr
Rick and morty will never be the same without Justin
Rick is a different character now. MPB is super irritating. Roiland didn't do anything wrong and I'm looking forward to his next project.
Apart from being an alcoholic with terrible work ethics and sending suspect texts to underage fans.
Try facing the camera.
“Didnt want to impose anything” proceeds to say how he imposed things knowing justin didnt like that
Replacing Justin is like taking Seth McFarland out of family guy. It just wont work
You sure? The new guy sounds identical.
@@maxrichards3881voice isn't the only thing he brought to the table buddy. He was a big part of CREATING the plot
@@navo159 Yeah but it wasn't only him who thought up plots even in the early seasons and he for sure as hell wouldn't be involved with making those plots into the full episodes. It was always a group effort like all shows behind the scenes until he got depressed bitter and stopped coming. What else was the other guy suppose to do wait for him when he wasn't willing to talk to them about it like adults he rather grovel just stop showing up unless it's to record and would rather just drink mans had issues that much was obvious. And he barely touched the plots of solar opposites. But then added to that it was the allegations for drunk texting minors that broke his back. It's not the company's job to wait for him to get his act together.
This explains a lot about how weird the show got since season 3
How does a show about killing and burring yourself and replacing them get weird?
Mate through his mate under bus soon as he got in trouble nice work
No wonder it went noticeably downhill….
Is that why the show dropped off so much after season 3? The first 3 seasons were fantastic and the rest are so hit and miss.
Season 3 wasn't exactly stellar though
@@Illier1nah, but it had the last semi decent few episodes.
Since 2019 this is absolutely crazy, they are co-creators
"Cosby the dstroyer"
Rick and morty is a fine show. But it was always just second grade futurama
Not even that. Season 1-2 was strong and had a chance to reach Futurama levels. But by Season 3 it was clear Rick and Morty was going downhill
Dan is also a self proclaimed narcissist.
better than an unwitting narcissist like everyone else in hollywood
Rick and morty will never be the same without justin😢
Any news on the anime?
In short, two millionaires' feelings got hurt, and now the show is unwatchable.
Change it too, a millionaires friend beats his ex wife and holds her hostage while also being a pedo 💀
Better writing in the first few seasons. Since then it’s lost its metaphysics smartness and existential/nihilistic threads. Now it’s kind of a wacky sitcom anthology with no cohesive through line or arc. We get scraps of an arc every season but crumbs at best.
Yeah, we will have one important storyline, then not hear about it until the next 2 seasons
Did anyone else feel like season 7 just didn’t cut it? Like the writing specifically just felt really off
This reminds me so much of MDE
Oh my gosh you guys. Female writers on the show say they were harassed by him on record and there are tweets he sent a 16 yo girl. Go watch the video and then you can be outraged about this poor man.
its funny how you say this IGNORING harmon has had his OWN allegations put against him AND HE EVEN ADMITTED TO SEXUAL HARRASSMENT back in 2018 but whatever. Support Harmon instead since apparently we can pick sides based on just what we know and not THE ACTUAL story.... think for yourself before you believe everything.
@@ValSempaino one’s defending Dan bro 😭 we aren’t picking sides, he’s just pointing out that roiland is a pretty well known terrible person
The thing is, Dan knew what was going on behind the scenes, the way Justin carried his private life and stuff, it was risky to keep Roiland around, even though he was the co-founder.
Thing is Justin make Rick and Morty shorts still on RUclips long before the show existed. Dan ruined the show and then in Hollywood fashion made it sexual then dragged the other party with sexual allegations in a timely manner
What about the charges being dropped because of lack of real evidence
