And, yes, THANK YOU Camera Crew!!
I appreciate you!! 👍
Thank you - We appreciate you Al!
Man, you are really produktive with the amount of videos you 2 produce. Working, family and time for a long video with editing. Insane amounts of energy and only possible when you live for the hobby. Im going to enjoy this video after a not so good day. Thanks Philip and camera crew.
Thank you for sharing Brian and Megan. Set up reverse thrust on NX8 for my Decathlon with your help. Thanks again, Mark
“Brian Phillips RC”, I love the third person references!! Thank you, thank you for your detailed display and explanation of the radio setups for each of these models. It’s priceless to me and I’m so grateful. One of these days I might remember how to do it myself but inevitably 6 weeks pass before I acquire a new model and then I forget the steps!! Fortunately I have you and “camera-crew” to rely on. Sincerely; very grateful for your unique and instructive content. Many thanks. 🙏
Awesome! Glad we could be of some help! It is hard when it's JUUUUUUUST long enough to forget 95% of what you need - LOL - it's like 100% of every industrial training program I've ever used!!! LOL LOL LOL...cry
Glad you're here with us, and FYI, 3rd person references - yeah, not trying to be too annoying, but shameless self promotion is part of the "game" and I guess I'm a player - LOL - but really, it's more to help people recognize the "brand" and trying hard to get people to know what the website is...since it's soooooo dang much work for Megan (aka camera crew) and we really want people to know about that resource. It really is a ton of work, and Megan does like 99.99995% of the work on the website, and she is very good at keeping it up to date. One of our HUGE pet peeves in any web site is broken links, and old information, so we (aka SHE) work hard to keep it relevant and current, so this is a small way I can try to help promote "her baby" - hope this helps, and might make some sense ;)
@@BrianPhillipsRC Dude. Your humor (sack of nuts…and bolts) is so appreciated, not annoying at all. Love it. And I can only imagine the effort and time it takes to create and maintain the site. I even attempted a video once (gave up after an hour) so massive props to you and Megan! And yes, Spektrums radios are amazing, but the menus are far from intuitive so your tutorials are just clutch. Precisely right, juuuuuuust long enough to forget; I’ve started to make notes 📝 which is helpful but each model seems to pose another little twist in the setups. Thanks again Megan and Brian Phillips at “Brian Phillips RC” 🤪!
One thing I wish you had mentioned BEFORE the build.
Allen drivers needed to assemble. The package and advertising for this airplane made no mention of that requirement.
I noticed you had a nice set of elongated drivers which is much more convenient for the tail installation. I only had the typical L shaped ones and NOT metric. Getting the tail on without a metric driver is impossible.
I had to order some to get the job done.
It was pretty much impossible with such a short driver.
YEAH, and I use them all the time. They were a gift from a subscriber, and here's the link to the set we use, if you're curious.

I'd suggest considering this, if you want to emulate our experience.

Thanks!👍🏻
Man, this thing can fly! My next plane...still waiting on the Draco. Hey, thank you guys for putting out all these videos in a timely manner! Camera crew (The Boss) and yourself put a bunch of time and thought into every video....it's appreciated!
Eflite should send you a pre-release copy to give you chance to give feedback on potential build issues before making production models.
It’s time to build a huge horse stable out back…and fill that puppy with the 1000 planes you have lol 😂 trust me…the camera crew will REALLY appreciate getting her normal living room back lol
I like the bind plug coming to the front. If you use a skyid for additional tele it can plug in there. Fortunately my club is a FRIA field
Awesome finally a new beautiful super decathlon on the market besides OMP balsa one, News flash not all high wing civilian planes are bush planes with flaps guys its designed to be aerobatic 1st and foremost.
The omp one is light and fantastic, this is foam 😂
@@chrisj8307 Yes the OMP one is fantastic and beautiful and breaks into a million peices with one bad crash foamies can be glued back together and back in the air in 10 minutes so if you like to fly hard and take risk close to the ground the foam one wins everytime user,s choice
Instructions unclear. Lipo caught my cat on fire.
good thing they have 9 lives....one used up...8 more attempts for you to find instructions or find an eight year old to help you
Stars-n-Stripes silly Brian 😆This E-flite Decathlon Looks AMAZING! Thank you for another Video!!
I had permission to get the NX6. Then, the nx7e came out and my wife/budget manager permitted that expense. So, of course, i just went ahead and got the NX8. From the links. I love it.... but.... i now kind of want the NX10...
Next christmas, maybe 😊
Love the banana!! 👍
Awesome!
Wife - "I thought it looked like a cow"
Al "No, this is an Angus NX7e"
LOL
I wounded how many times a day you say “Brian Phillips RC”
Millions. I sometimes say it in my sleep. JK ;)
You and your wife are the best I really love watching you bud
Brian please beg them to make a commander mpd 2.0 meter and possibly a bigger valiant with top mount battery 2 of there best models
That plane is so new that it dosnt even show up in my Google search yet in the uk. It will be 6months before it’s available here 😢
How I wish I lived next door to you guys id have so many planes im sure
Got a little comedy in this one😂❤
Always ;)
A BANANA CUTTER 🍌 😊
Highkey for the reach this guys channel gets I actually view it as a complete turn off that they send him used models. Not cause I think Brian is some RC god, but like just as a common sense consumer he offers a guy like me a front row seat to the money I will be spending and it’s SOOO foolish and tacky that they send these channels used models.. shell out a dash of money and send them new stuff- half of what us consumers get out of these videos is a comfort level of knowing exactly what we are going to experience from unboxing onwards.
I think he gets some of the test models, not models off the production run. They send out the test units ahead of the rest, so they get whatever is leftover. I don’t know tho. I’m just here. 😊
Yea I wish there was a heads up when I got my DX9 Black Edition a week later the NX series came out I would of just waited.
I wouldn't trade my DX9 Black for an NX, half the guys at my field have had problems with theirs.
@@laserlionfabrication2447 true they are good I love mine does everything I need. I was upgrading at the time from a 6 and 8 that were older and half functional.
I really want that they will do a 1500 mm cub and im steel wating
Not a fan of grey painted windows tinted black always looks better than grey IMO
