    Am so excited as have wanted a metal detector forever.
    Going to have so much fun digging up the junk in our yard (20 acres thats been bulldozered n full of old machinery parts) as well as go look for some gold.

    Thanks for your assistance. I bought mine brand new from the first owner. Sold it $450 cheap already put together. He joined a club and realized the guys in the group were serious roamers and kinda crazy. He lost interest after joining that group. Well I’m pretty crazy and looking forward to hear my 1st AU sound! Thanks again for the instructions.

    And I know I would find some good stuff around here. where I live at used to be big farmland about 90 yrs ago and there was 2 little stores where they sold all of the crops they grew. I've never seen anyone metal detecting around here but that doesn't mean no one has done it but I will do it one of these days.

    Great review PS! My Nox 800 comes this Friday, so this was a big help. Excellent point about cutting off the bottom of the screen protector. Thanks for taking the time to put this together.

    I got my nox800 early this spring. Found alot of good stuff in parks. 3 gold rings worth $600. Sadly fire season started and i couldn't get up to the ghost town area cause road blocked but next spring I'm hitting alot of that ghost town. It was massive and there was thousands of ppl up there for decades and decades. Gotta be something buried or dropped. I did get a gold head as well. I figure since live in Montana I better take advantage of it.

    Excellent video. The only thing I don't see anyone explain in these vids, is the difference between mode 1 & 2, let alone park & field. Would you run the same area on all 4 options?

    • @PatriotStacker
      @PatriotStacker  Год назад +1

      Each mode has different parameters and discriminations preset. I switch between park and field and beach mode depending on the landscape of the area. Sometimes I even switch modes in the same location to see how it detects.

    Instead of assembling it, order ahead for the Upgraded hardware. No sense using low quality parts to start out with.
