Ingredients
Tomato-4 big
Big onion -3 big
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-3/4tsp
Green chilli-3
Curryleaves-3-4 strings
Sugar-1/4tsp
Salt
Coconut Oil-2tbsp
Method
Heat oil in kadai .. Add curry leaves ..
Then add sliced onion along with salt ..
saute till light golden brown ..
Now add green chilli slits and saute
Then add turmeric powder ,chilli powder ,kashmiri chilli powder and saute till the raw smell goes ..
Now add chopped ripe tomato and stir well .. close and cook until well done
Then open d cook .. U can add sugar to enhance the taste ..optional only ..
stir continuously till a dry tomato roast is ready
Check the taste ..
So the tasty and easy Tomato roast is ready

I made this today for chappatti and it was really tasty and yummy... My room mate made 8 chapattis and in the mean time I was able to cut the onions and tomatos and prepare it really fast...
